Best Water Pressure Issue in Austin TX

Contacted the company and received immediate service. Travis arrived within an hour, address my drain clog issue, and explained everything perfectly. Super nice and patient. The problem was resolved and service was as promised and at a better price than other quotes received, highly recommend!

tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

I called Reliant and they were able to schedule me in for an appointment a few hours later for a fill valve replacement. Michael was my technician and he was awesome. Friendly, communicative, and thorough. My only beef is with the Reliant office - when I called to make the appointment, I was told that they were unable to give me an estimated price range for the service (despite the fact that Michael used a connected iPad to pull up pricing for the service). I'd already purchased the replacement fill valve myself - $13 at Home Depot. Good thing I had - the service was $185 (even though it took under 20 minutes), but would have been $377 had I purchased the fill valve through Reliant. Not sure how you can feasibly mark-up a fill valve to nearly $200 when it costs under $15 at the local hardware store. That said, I wouldn't be so annoyed by the price if they'd just been up front about my options when I called.So, 5 stars for Michael. 1 star for Reliant's lack of transparency in pricing.

Don’t let the lack of reviews here fool you (they have a yelp with more also). Had a bad leak by the main line in the yard. They came the day of on short notice, finished in a few hours, and I paid literally half what the bigger guys quoted. Can’t really ask for much more in a situation like that. They are definitely my first call next time if and when they are needed

Honest and knowledgeable. I had 2 different plumbers and a handyman try to diagnose why my hot water heater’s pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. Consensus was that it needed a new part, which they didn’t make anymore so buy a new hot water heater and replace. Lanier Plumbing came over and fixed the issue in 10 seconds. I have hot water again! The water heater itself is due for replacement so they also gave me a quote for when I purchase a new one. Their quote was honest and fair and much lower than the average quote I received. These plumbers are skilled and know what they are doing! Highly recommend

What a team! these guys will go above and beyond for residential service. They are my go to guys in the Austin area they service some of the nicest homes and the nicest areas and are very well trusted from karl to Mason to Jimmy I can't say enough about them. They are awesome plumbers.

Great experience. I had an emergency leak in my spigot and Raymond came out quickly, identified the issue along with others and did great work. No issues and the price was very fair.

Apparently the going rate for toilet repair is $469 per hour. I was quoted a flat rate to do this job and agreed to the price not realizing it was only a 1 hour job. After working with him before I thought he'd treat me fairly, now I just feel like I got ripped off.

It's always a worry, being far away when problems arise. My in-laws' parents' house has been empty for a while. We got a call from a neighbor that there was an issue with water running out of the garage. What do I do??? I looked online and found Mojica Plumbing and Drain Cleaning.
