Best Water Damage in Austin TX

S&D is not familiar with local code regulations. They replaced a Hot water heater and failed inspection due to lack of electrical disconnect being in line of sight of the unit. Inspector told me it failed and informed S&D. They knew why it failed and scheduled for someone to come out to address the failure. Guy came out and said yup, doesn't have an electrical disconnect. We will need to have an electrician do this for $1200. For a switch...S&D wasted my time sending someone out to tell every what we already know and then claim this is a unforeseen code regulation...They are supposed to be a local plumbing company, but they do not know local regulations apparently.They have followed up since I first reviewed. But only to get the failed permit off their books.

Second time I’ve used these guys for a difficult plumbing situation, and both times they have answered the call faster and with more professionalism than any other plumber I have ever used in 30 years of home ownership. I’m just going to lose everyone else’s number. These guys are great.

Because of some weirdness in our construction, Radiant faced a few issues installing the dampers in our new HVAC system. But they were thorough in assessing the problem, had a working system in very quickly, and then made a plan for the final stage. A special shout out to Tim (the tool man) who came out today to do the final clean up on our newly installed access panels. He was very thorough and very careful about matching color and suggesting the best way to finish out a complicated job.

I'm very happy with Economy Plumbing Services. The work was done quickly, all items were explained in detail, and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing repairs.

Had a scheduled appointment and no one showed up within the time frame they told me, can not get through to any of their dispatch. What IS GOING ON????Update: they scheduled for today and still no one showed up or called, decided to just attempt to do it ourselves since we NEED our sink to work, haven’t had an email back from the general managers either. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

I had a great experience with Andrew (and Graham) from Plumb Masters (aka Plumb Doctors) regarding leak detection service for insurance purposes. He is a very experienced plumber and did a great job for a reasonable price. I did not want to work with a leak detection company that works for insurance companies since this was a possible claim and I needed an unbiased, honest assessment of our leak. He is trustworthy and authentic and I will hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing leak detection or plumbing work.

Our conversation with Jennifer confirming our appointment and our Technician Donnie Langley was outstanding. The Company is dependable and professional and always on time. Our last use in 2015 was the same way and 2022 again was a great experience on a requirement that needed to be done. Thank you all!

We recently used Good Flow Plumbing for our bathroom remodel. They set us up with new sinks, a line for a new tub, and a new shower. GF worked with our schedule to help us at each stage of the the remodel, and I trusted their experience in replacing our garden tub with a free standing tub. My furnace quit working and we were worried it would be a costly repair or replacement we could not afford at this time. In fact, we had received bids from another repair service reinforcing that. We were even told that the replacement parts weren't available anymore. In desperation, I called Stan's, they scheduled a visit that day, at a much lower rate than any other service I called, came out and quickly assessed what needed to be fixed. They found the parts that day and called back with a price that was 2/3 the next lowest bidder and had my furnace fixed that week! So happy with Stan's, honest, dependable, and know what they are doing. They check in to confirm times, show up when they say they will. My furnace and HVAC system is working like a dream and they literally saved me $13,000-16,000!

Big shout out to Louis Ibarra & Four Paws Plumbing. I met Louis a few years ago when he was connecting my house to WCID17 water main. Four paws has done several plumbing projects at our house since then, from tankless water heaters to an extensive master bath & laundry room addition. Louis has always gone the extra mile to get all of our projects accomplished with attention to detail. Last week, Louis stayed until 830pm to complete a last minute project. 10/10 turbo exceeded my expectations, they are the best! I had been 2 days looking for a service technician for my air conditioner because it had stopped cooling due to a blockage in the condenser, but every time I found a place to do it they told me it would take between 1 or 2 days to visit my house, until I found turbo, from the moment I called the attention was excellent, they scheduled an appointment and the same day the technical team arrived with tools and supplies to solve my problem. i recommend them.

They were very professional, patient, kind and understanding. They showed me exactly what the problem was and were not pushy salesman but honest in what they can do and suggestions.

Service seemed good at the time but after replacing my sewer line off my one bathroom they left the mainline barely coupled together with no glue so the line collapsed as the soil which wasn't refilled right, sank. This popped open the line and allowed it to slant backwards dramatically. Then the tree roots recently got into the line through the one opening. Absolutely preventable and ridiculous amateurism for almost $8,000
