Needed immediate help with a plumbing leak. They came to the rescue same day, when everyone else we called said it would be 3-5 days. They were fast, and completed all necessary repairs within the quote they provided. Lorenzo and his team were amazing!!!

I scheduled a service call for a leak in my kitchen sink. The technician came by and he took 20 mins to tell me what the problem is .He wasn’t even sure where the issue is and quoted me 680$ for replacing kitchen strainer which is not even the root of the leak.I could get a new sink for that. The quote is ridiculous.

Best company I've worked with in the last 8 years at my downtown Austin business. They continue to go above and beyond and explain things to me in a way that I would understand. When I had an issue with my hot water heater another company, reliant plumbing, told me it was going to be between 10 to $20,000 to fix (replace the whole system). Johnny rooter came in identified the problem and all I paid with six hundred bucks to get it fixed. 3 years ago and going strong!Most recently I had a commode go haywire. My technician, Bam Bam, was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and professional. He fixed my issue in the most timely manner and have me great tips to care for my pluming to save me money in the long run.Most of the time they are there within hours of my call. I will always use this 5 start company for my home and business needs!

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.

Replaced two 50 gallon propane water heaters with a Navien 240A Tankless Unit. Arnold from a deal plumbing took my call and came out following day to give me an estimate. I had estimates from 5 different plumbers, price range between estimates was dramatic. A deal plumbing was not the cheapest, but was very competitive across all the plumbers I contacted. They were able to complete the install the day after I confirmed with them.They spent time evaluating the gas supply/demand in my home to determine best approach for adding tankless water heater. My original water heaters pulled 40K BTUS each (80K total) where the Navien can pull up to 200K BTUs, so it’s important to determine best connection to ensure ample supply to Tankless heater. Some plumbers suggested just connecting new tankless to my existing ½ inch gas line, but most including A deal Plumbing suggested running new ¾ inch gas line to ensure adequate supply. They took the time to run the new gas line underneath the subfloor in my walk-in attic (where original gas lines ran) so that it would be out of the way, and wouldn’t be stepped on by any traffic passing through the attic.Arnold suggested using concentric venting so that the new unit could have direct intake/exhaust through existing vent hole in my roof. Worked great and no roofing/flashing re-work was required. We added new rubber gasket, which Arnold provided, over existing flashing which was a perfect solution.Arnold followed up a fews days after the original install to ensure that everything was working properly. I pointed out to him that the isolation kit A Deal Plumbing installed with the unit wasn’t Navien OEM and didn’t have shut-off valves where the flush hoses would connect. Arnold evaluated and agreed this was a poor design and would be impractical when flushing. He ordered the OEM parts and returned within 1 week to replace the original isolation kit. He added extension pipe to the isolation kit valves to drop them below all the connections at base of heater so they would be easy to access during annual maintenance of the unit.Natural Gas to LP Conversion requires dip switch configuration on the unit’s control panel which was overlooked during install, but easily remedied … just glad I checked. The model I purchased includes an internal circulation pump, which requires an internal valve to be switched when using dedicated return line, and some control panel dip switch configuration. A Deal Plumbing didn’t seem familiar with these configurations for the embedded re-circulation pump, but I was able to read manual and easily configure myself. They were very familiar with how to install the unit and are listed as a recommended installer on Navien’s website.Arnold was hands on, involved and participating with his crew throughout the whole install. He and his crew are very cool guys and easy to work with, which I very much appreciated. Unit is working great in my home, am satisfied with the install and the tankless heater’s performance.

This was the annual check up on all my plumbing and draining the hot water heater. Jared was wonderful. He’s a very polite young man. Willing and completely answered every question and performed my service in a very timely manner. I have used this company for years and have always been impressed with their employees and service. When I had a serious piping problem I was told that I should completely change all the elements, but I got advice from turbo plumbing and they only changed one pipe and everything was as good as new, great.

Our pipe behind our refrigerator busted over the weekend and we were left with a mess to deal with while waiting on our home owners insurance to get back with us. After several online quotes and a plumber coming out to our house Monday morning with an outrageous estimate, we turned to Facebook for suggestions. One of our friends text me immediately and let me know if I wanted a fair and honest company, Ruben's plumbing was the way to go. I called the number online and was told they could come out the next afternoon. Ruben was on time and determined to find the leak after there were no longer signs of a leak (weird I know.) After about 15 minutes of looking, he was able to find the leak and repair it quickly. I whole heartedly recommend Ruben's Plumbing Service!

I’m revising my review because overall I’m disappointed with what I paid for what was done, especially since one “repair” has actually not worked and made it worse.My review is not about Chris’ plumbing expertise. He may very well be an amazing plumber. My review is about the value of the service vs costs and lack of transparency, including not providing an itemized invoice with a breakdown of labor and materials and warranty information. In retrospect I was dissatisfied with paying almost $300 for minor repairs that were partially incomplete.

These guys are are awesome ?.They have installed a new water line from the outside water meter to my house as part of an upgrade.2 new bathrubs, faucets, and toilets from putting the pipe, to running the water lines for them, to putting the fixtures.They also have replaced my old tank waterheater with a gas tankless that is awesome!You can never run out of hot water with this thing.I've used others before but none of them have been as honest and upfront about costs than Legit Plumbing.The name says it all I highly recommend them.

We utilized Diamond plumbing for having a gas outlet for our patio kitchen and took appointment for a schedule...the initial appointment took weeks and given the market understood that its like that with every vendor but had to call many times...was about to go with different vendor but thought it wouldnt be good if i had commited work ..professiknal ethics trigerred at this point so went with this busines..initial dicussion was to have gas outlet and hook up appliances based on their BTUS or whatever..dontvspeak that language...had appliances at that time so vendor checked and said would come back after everything is ready.Unfortunately was stuck with other projects that took long that were dependent to hook up the appliances and took almost 5 months ..i know it the same everywhere with all other teams masonry, pavers what not..everything took time...when it was ready called the company and they mentioned it was too long which i get it so said i would pay extra which they charged 250 more than 1200 that they charged...and had to call many times for this and they just ignore....So texted them and said had to go with other vendor because of the emergency that other crew was forcing on and hired different plumber for hook up...while we were testing there was gas coming out of fire place and within 5 mins there is gas all over the house and had to go out and cal 911 and when entered back when we were told it was safe..As per the new plumber they mentioned these guys messed up the value and it has fire place and back kitchen gas oultets open simulataneously....its kind of a hazard..who want fire place on when its 90 in austin....and for us to enjoy kitchen the fireplace has to be lit....bad set up....i asked the new plumbers to fix it and as always they said they have to re do again which i have to spend double the amount to fix.Called the vendor from differwnt numer and picks up the phone and says that i spent too much time waiting and accepts that its their fault but would never answer my texts or calls..Seriously unprofessional ethics and bad work. Dont recommend to any..

Wasn’t able to fix leaking shower head. Charged me $400 and did not fix the problem.

I've tried A LOT of plumbers in Austin, and by and large, my experiences have not been very positive. Some radically overcharged ($450 to reset a toilet???). Some were tremendously flakey (no show, no call). And some misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes multiple times (wracking up HUGE bills in the process).Kirk from Plumb and Order is, without a doubt, the best plumber I've worked with, out of the 5-6 that I've tried. Showed up when he said, could schedule me in within a reasonable time frame, replied to messages, fixed the problem (even problems caused by other plumbers), and charged a totally fair rate. Even the woman who does the scheduling was great to work with. From top to bottom, a positive experience.Seriously, this is the real deal.

Called Plumb Doctor after a referral from another plumber for the issue I had. Plumb Doctors fit me into their schedule and were able to show up earlier on the scheduled day. Jordan arrived and started work. Very professional. Communication about status and costs were excellent for a complicated job. Stayed and finished job after sunset and made sure everything tested okay before leaving. Will happily use them again in the future.
