Brett and his team did a great job fixing the pipe leak at our rental home and I really appreciate them fitting us into their schedule before the weekend. I called them on a Sunday for a main drain clog , they scheduled for that afternoon. They finally let me know at six o'clock they were behind. I then scheduled for Monday afternoon, left work early and waited again. Called them at four and was told they had nobody available. I can understand if you are busy. .. Don't tell me you can make it if you can't! I used several hours of PTO for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember. A word of warning to my neighbors.My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

Dave was great to work with. He was very patient, flexible, and professional. He worked quickly and was very self sufficient. He replaced 2 old toilets from the 70's and fixed our kitchen disposal. I appreciate that he work a mask given that COVID is still alive and well and we are trying to be very cautious. I feel that was respected. The only thing that could have been better is if boot covers were worn because we have some white carpet, but that's not a significant critique. I think he did a great job and would gladly work with this company again.

Would highly recommend Proven Plumbing of Cedar Park. We recently needed the main shutoff valve between the meter and the house replaced. We also needed the faucets behind the washing machine replaced. Proven came out quickly and provided a quote to do the work, showed up on time and did an excellent job!

Very prompt arrival time, quickly diagnosed problems and serviced AC units, repairs done quickly. Very friendly and helpful. Have had great customer service in my year of using them.

I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My parents' hot water heater, which is a hard to find, expensive, cabinet style type, was leaking really bad on Tuesday. After doing some research on the type of hot water heater needed, I found that Rheem made one. So I looked up their recommended pros. After looking through the list I chose Neighborhood Plumbing. Within about an hour of my call, Karl showed up. He took about two minutes to assess the situation and then proceeded to tear the insulation off a flex line to expose a hose leak. The total cost to fix the issue was a bit over $200. After fixing the issue and putting everything back together, we asked him to look at the slow water output in one of the bathrooms. We were told by a previous plumbing company that the lines were needing to be replaced, looking at a several thousand dollar fix. Karl took a quick look and stated that just the connections under the sink needed to be replaced. The next day he came out, along with Red, and pulled out the short galvanized pipes and 90 degree connections, which identified the source of the problem---totally clogged pipes and connections. Therefore, to not make this to long, Neighborhood Plumbing saved my parents a lot of money and solved all of their plumbing issues quickly and effectively.

Drew Ross immediately resolved our burst pipe by capping it off while diagnosing the issues that led up to it. After giving us several options to fix and/or replace the pipes affected and preventative measures, he went out of his way to find us the best deal for our needs.

Since moving to the Austin area 4 years ago, we have called on Indigo for a number of home improvement projects. We appreciate their reliability and work ethic. It's great to call a company back and the same awesome team shows up.

Chris is a wonderful plumber!! I have used him in the past several times and he has been extremely efficient and fair. Today, one of my rental units reported cold water throughout the house. Chris walked us through to check the water heater prior to him coming since there is a service fee. We were able to get it back on and we didn't have to spend a dime. In the past, he has done excellent work with my properties and met all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend his services and exceptional customer service, very honest. Thank you!
