Today the technician was supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I cancelled the appointment because the technician arrived at 10:15 or 10:20 to start a major job and I had an appointment later after lunch. The excuse the office gave me was that the technician forgot his tools at home and had to go back to get them. This was the second time this has happen with the same technician. The first time I had an appointment with same technician came to do the job he said his tools were in the truck and the truck was in the shop so he had to come back to do the work. The second appointment with same technician went well and the work was done well. But forgetting tools or not having tools with you 2 out of 3 times does not make for good customer service.

Got a new water heater installed the same day I called them. Sam and Josh did the whole job very quickly, with respect for house and health, and were nice guys on top of that. I’ve used Plumb Masters in the past and was very satisfied, and this visit was no different. Recommend!

We had a great experience with Good Flow, and we had major work done. Our 50-year-old iron sewer lines had rusted away in part, and we were having serious problems.Another company came out to manage an emergency and took photos in the line, so we were convinced. But Good Flow seemed to know more about what they were doing, how long it would take and included repairs the other company did not.Having the home drain system replaced is an arduous and sometimes loud process taking 3 weeks or so. They actually tunnel in under the house and replace the entire system with plastic pipe, Most days we had at least one bathroom available, but a couple of days we did not.Good Flow crews were respectful, did a professional job, including covering the mounds of dirt to protect them from rain. They put concrete back at the washer and driveway, and cleaned up after themselves.Good Job! Good Flow!

Ernest was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why. I'm not at all knowledgeable about air conditioning. I just knew it wasn't working. He spoke to me about the process and did not make me feel dumb at all when I asked questions. Other companies have done this. Definitely would use this company again! Ernest made that decision easy!

I was able to get service the day of for an outside issue. What is was most impressed with was the honesty of Chris the plumber who arrived. He quoted me a price that was high compared to others but realized he quoted me incorrectly. This is hard to come by. Most plumbers are out to take you for everything in your time of need. I will definitely used them again.

Ray was very courtious, respecfull and very detailed in explaning the work being performed.
