Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Austin TX

Jason and Travis subbed in for a call to my house to fix a busted tankless water heater. The guys were professional, thorough, and did an outstanding job all around. Really appreciate their efforts tonight.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. Plumb Masters is the best experience I've ever had with plumbing work in my life by a long shot. For starters, their pricing was far, far better than anyone else for basic cleaning and diagnostic work.Jay, the plumber who came out to service my house, was incredible. He did a fantastic job assessing both my sewage system as well as my hot water heater. I recently had another, larger, plumbing company out to my house and they were unable to clear my system and very quickly opted to write up a quote to fix my system for tens of thousands of dollars. Jay fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. He then spent a ton of time explaining specifically what had been wrong with my system and how he had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it was in complete working order and not in need to a pricey fix. He didn't try to sell me or up-charge me on anything that I didn't need.If you want an honest plumber that does a great job, turn to Jay and the folks at Plumb Masters. You won't regret it.

Mike and Dan worked prominently to get our under water treadmill up and running again. They were clear with estimates and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend these gentleman and I won’t hesitate to call them again if needed.

Showed up on time for a day of appointment, got to work quickly and had my drain snaked and running clean in no time. I will say that I appreciated the extra time he took to snake well past the clean out, even though the blockage was only within the house.

I then called this company and the person who took my call directed me to the plumber himself who gave me some advice before even suggested to come out. At the end he resolved my problem and was extremely professional. Will continue to use their services in the future.

Redbud is the best! We had tried another company at first, and they did not fix the problem, but instead left us with a huge mess and big estimate to fix it. We gave Redbud a try and they returned our calls quickly, arrived at the house on time, identified the problem right away and efficiently fixed it with no mess or fuss.We will definitely use them from here on out! These folks know their stuff.

My water heater was leaking. I received bids from two plumbers who insisted the unit had to be replaced and gave bids of between $1,000 and $1,750 for just labor costs (the new water heater being a separate cost) because of the unusual configuration of the unit, space constraints, location of water filter, etc.I refused to accept those outlandish prices. I contacted the manufacturer and was sold a replacement component intending to repair the water heater myself. But, then I was stuck because my water shut-off didn’t completely turn off the water. Enter more plumbers who were telling me the only solution is to shut off water to the entire condominium building. They said that process would take several hours (on the clock the whole time). The fact that the water shut-off wasn’t operational also would have increased the original bids significantly as those bids assumed the water shut-off was functioning properly.After two weeks of a broken and dripping water heater, I contacted Al Mac who offered to come out and look at the situation. Instead of just giving me an estimate and scheduling a later date to repair the problem, he offered to fix it right then. For a couple hundred bucks, he engaged a temporary fix with my water shut-off, replaced the broken component with the part I purchased, and had the water heater totally fixed and working within an hour!!!It took him 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and explain how he could fix the unit, all at a fraction of the cost of other plumbers.I greatly appreciated his integrity to tell me what was actually needed, his willingness to use parts I had already acquired, and to repair the water heater (versus replacing it), saving me literally thousands of dollars and unnecessary work.He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and even vacuumed the area when the work was done, leaving my space cleaner than before he arrived to do work. The total bill was EXACTLY what he said it would be.I cannot recommend his services more!!

They go the extra mile and solve problems others can't.Update: I had a really mysterious problem today. Charles and Matthew came out, solved it, and didn't even charge me because there were no parts of labor necessary. You can't best these guys.
