I had been hesitant to have someone come out. I work a lot and don't like small talk. My bathroom drain was clogged. I had removed and cleaned pipe myself to no avail. Mike arrived right on schedule. He attempted the simple approach first, which was unsuccessful. He then snaked the drain. He ran it several times then ran the water to make sure there was no leak after putting PVC pipe back together. He was quick, thorough, super nice and cleaned up the area. He made maintenance recommendations to keep the drains clear. I would recommend him to everyone I know and will use Daniel's Plumbing again if needed. Thanks Mike.

After going through two other HORRIBLE plumbing companies my friend Sam told me these guys are honest, will do a perfect job, and they'll do it with a smile. I didn't realise how right he was until they came out to my house and saved me hundreds of dollars by just doing a simple test to show me I didn't, in fact, have a leak like Mr. Rooters plumbing told me I had (and wanted to charge me $700 just to inspect the supposed leak!!!).I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Seriously, the most professional company I've ever dealt with!!!!Thank you Mark & Mandy!!!!!!

They were very polite and came to service my busted water heater same-day. But they quoted me almost $1500 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. That’s about $900 more than what one costs at Lowe’s or Home Depot, which seems like an egregious markup.

Travis identified the problem quickly and also fixed it just as fast. So great to have the availability on a Sunday as our electrical problem meant our AC was not running and it was getting hot in the house!

The technitions that arrived were wonderful. They spoke to me like I was family and explained the what was going on. They also dvised me on a possible leak situation and to fix a hose bib that could be making it seem like it was my shower (it was on the same line about 2 to 3 ft from each other). This could prevent 1000s of reconstruction and made more since where the moisture was coming from. The little issues they found they advised me on quick maintinance befor costly repairs. The items the did fix. (Leaking hose bib and toilet) they did I fast and courtiously! I will always use them and recommend them! Thank you Jason and Steve!

Shawn was a total professional and very knowledgeable. He provided me with all my options for addressing the problem and did not pressure me to take one option over another. He made the repair in under 30 minutes. Will definitely use Fox again for my plumbing needs.August, 2022 follow-up. I made another appointment with Fox Service Company to install a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and in-line filter for our ice maker. I asked for Shawn and was enthusiastically granted my request. Shawn did a stellar job of installing all three items and we had to added replacing both shutoff valves under the kitchen sink as they were badly corroded and inoperative. Shawn was very careful not to leave any mess behind and everything is working well and there have been no leaks. Shawn is very professional and knowledgeable and carries on a great conversation while working. I highly recommend Fox and Shawn for all your plumbing needs.
