Jeff came to our house on time for a tankless water heater quote and explained everything very clearly. On the day of installation, Jeff and Ted did everything perfectly. Jeff is also very responsive for follow up questions. So far I am a happy customer.

Our normal plumber recommended Fast Plumbing. We thought we needed a new water heater. Jose was out and was extremely professional and honest. All that was needed was draining and taking out the gunk. We so appreciated his honesty and hope his honesty is a fundamental pillar of the company. On a Saturday, both our toilets had leaked from the base all over our bathrooms. First 2 places said they'd get someone out Monday afternoon. Called Johnny Rooter, they said they'd be there in an hour, and they were. Cameron was friendly, took care of the clog, and explained our options for preventing future problems. We decided to buy 2 new toilets and Jason installed both of them. Charged by the hour for the install and didn't even take 2 full hours. Super nice folks answering the phones, too. They were great and even though we had to pay an extra fee for them to come out on a Saturday, it was absolutely worth it.

I really wanted to believe the radio commercials for Goettl, but I truly learned my lesson. #1, I took off work to be at home between 3pm and 5 pm. 3 minutes before the window, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule because someone was out sick and they admitted they should have called me that morning. #2, I rescheduled for the next morning and was told they would get there between 8:30 and 9, they didn't show up until 9:30, however, I do understand traffic can affect arrival times. #3, the technician immediately went in for the upsell and gave us a quote of $600 for a simple repair. Also gave wrong info regarding copper pipes. We were able to get another company to do an honest repair for a reasonable price.

Came right away and put us right back in motion. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a plumbing issue with a water overflow from the washer drain in the laundry area for our home in Georgetown, TX. We had engaged another plumbing company - S & D Plumbing prior and it was a horrible experience whereby S & D sent multiple plumbers but their assessment and the solution didn't fix the problem. We then called in O & M Plumbing services and I MUST say that Brian (The Plumber) is one of the BEST plumber out there and was able to diagnose the problem quickly the very first time and also resolved the problem for us. He was also very professional and very articulative in explaining what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix the issue.I was also very pleased with the owner Ben - He is super helpful, very professional and is very courteous and provides the best customer service to his customers.Thanks again Ben and Brian for your help and service, we truly appreciate your help.
