Overall S & D did a good job on a big plumbing job at our house that was complicated involving cast iron pipes and digging/tunneling and such. There were errors and delays that cost us extra time, luckily our insurance covered most of the cost or it would have also cost us extra money. Costumer services was excellent.

I called 4 different plumbing company's. Nobody had time or never called back. My original plumber was no where to be found which was his mistake Rooter Man fixed.Thanks to Rooter Man getting to my house the same day as the call. A plumbing pipe had been leaking for 4 weeks. The work was done very well, that was expected. However, the service was the most surprising thing - everybody I talked to was spectacularly nice, even the person down in the hole digging. I have already recommended them several times.

I requested an appointment with them because my line burst between the meter and my house. They would charge more for a Sunday service (understandable) so I scheduled it for Monday. I decided to start digging to fix it myself and eventually called them when I reached the problem to cancel my appointment. Fred was totally cool with it and even gave me some pointers when I got to the problem. He wasn't going to make a dime out of me, but he was still so helpful. Next time I need a plumber on a task I can't handle, Benjamin Franklin's is definitely getting a call.

My technician was Jason Bowerman. Jason was on time, professional, and completed the requested service in a timely manner. He answered all my questions, and assured me that everything was working as it’s intended to. I would also like to thank Abacus in general for fitting me in on such short notice. Understood my time restraints, and went out of their way to be of service. I cannot thank you enough for that. Highly recommend these guys.

Custom Plumbing Services did a great job for us! They worked hard to discover our problem and the men were very diligent in repairing it, working long hours and were available to answer our questions. We highly recommend them!

I appreciate the follow up and service, thus making me edit my review from one star to 4.**This is the 2nd time I have used Ben Franklin. The first time, they did a good job and I felt confident calling them for a clog. The 2nd was a negative experience. The company is paperless. The plumber scrolled through all the disclosures on an Ipad to the signature page, so I didn't get to read what I was signing. The cable he used got stuck in our pipes. When talking to my husband, the plumber falsely claimed I got to read and understand their contract, which is patently false. I understand neither side knew this was going to happen. I was quoted an additional $500 to remove the cable. The plumber was so incredibly rude to me in my own home. He was rigid, curt and just unpleasant to deal with. I spent close to $300 for things to be in worse condition. While I totally understand why a plumber cannot be liable for the condition of pipes, there was zero effort to explain options, problem solve or help. He only repeated We are not liable for pipes like a parrot. They even charge extra to pay with a credit card. When asked if he could give 5 minutes of his time to talk to us, he said No and left. His customer service, demeanor and curtness will ensure we never call this company again.

Republic Pipeworks has completed both commercial and residential plumbing projects for me and I cannot say enough about the quality of the work.Everything is done in a timely fashion and usually has a discount on certain repairs or replacements.Jim Seiler is most knowledgeable and personable in all the work that he does and I highly recommend trying out his service.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called me at 8:00 in the morning and were here with 30 minutes of the discussion. They were able to remove and replace two hot water heaters in the day, within the timeframe that I needed the work done. It was easy and they did a great job.

Don and Zack did a great job fixing our water heater. They were fast and courteous. They also showed up when they said they would!

We recently had an emergency plumbing situation late at night and reached out to Lanier. They responded to me early the next morning (before business hours) and had someone out within the hour. They did a great job for a great price. We are very happy and will definitely use them in the future as our go-to plumber.I'll also add- This happened during COVID19 and I was nervous about having someone in the house. Chris plumbed the waste water drainage for our entire house in four days! He also helped identify problem spots and worked with us to correct them. Do yourself a favor and call this company for your plumbing needs! A+

We utilized Diamond plumbing for having a gas outlet for our patio kitchen and took appointment for a schedule...the initial appointment took weeks and given the market understood that its like that with every vendor but had to call many times...was about to go with different vendor but thought it wouldnt be good if i had commited work ..professiknal ethics trigerred at this point so went with this busines..initial dicussion was to have gas outlet and hook up appliances based on their BTUS or whatever..dontvspeak that language...had appliances at that time so vendor checked and said would come back after everything is ready.Unfortunately was stuck with other projects that took long that were dependent to hook up the appliances and took almost 5 months ..i know it the same everywhere with all other teams masonry, pavers what not..everything took time...when it was ready called the company and they mentioned it was too long which i get it so said i would pay extra which they charged 250 more than 1200 that they charged...and had to call many times for this and they just ignore....So texted them and said had to go with other vendor because of the emergency that other crew was forcing on and hired different plumber for hook up...while we were testing there was gas coming out of fire place and within 5 mins there is gas all over the house and had to go out and cal 911 and when entered back when we were told it was safe..As per the new plumber they mentioned these guys messed up the value and it has fire place and back kitchen gas oultets open simulataneously....its kind of a hazard..who want fire place on when its 90 in austin....and for us to enjoy kitchen the fireplace has to be lit....bad set up....i asked the new plumbers to fix it and as always they said they have to re do again which i have to spend double the amount to fix.Called the vendor from differwnt numer and picks up the phone and says that i spent too much time waiting and accepts that its their fault but would never answer my texts or calls..Seriously unprofessional ethics and bad work. Dont recommend to any..

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
