Best Sewer Camera Inspection in Austin TX
I called this company out to replace a supply line on my toilet, no more than a 5-10 dollar part and an extremely simply fix. They were there for all of 15-30 minutes, and I was billed $216.78, essentially equivalent to them charging $200/hr for their labor. They are lucky I had cancer at the time, otherwise I would have refused payment. Extremely overpriced, haven't used them since and have told others that if they are looking for a plumber, stay away from S&D. Thanks for taking advantage of a disabled customer!

READ THE YELP REVIEWS. Not sure all these google reviews are even legit. Most just say a google user. If the service was so great, why would they put who they really are???????Read some of them, they are so similar if not exact, it's amusing.....A Google User2 years agoBarry was great and I so appreciate his quality of work. He was a great help and I was glad that he came out!The Right Path3 years agoBarry was great and I so appreciate his quality of work. He was a great help and I was glad that he came out!MY REVIEW: AVOID THIS COMPANY......If I could give 0 stars, that's what they would get. They don't show up when they say they are going to. The girls they have answering the phones never know what is going on and they make up thousands of excuses on why you can't talk to a manager. When they finally go out to the house, they say it's one part and then no it's another part and then it's you need a new water heater. The water heater in questions is under warranty so the only cost to put in a new water heater is labor. You would think that would cost you a couple hundred dollars, oh no, try $1,000 to install a water heater. They say that's because it takes them all day. Well if it takes you all day, then you don't know what you are doing. We have had 6 other homes get new water heaters, 3 hours is what it took and one even had to make the door larger. Get a second opinion before hiring them.

Ryan with Radiant was extremely helpful in both getting me multiple quotes as well as coming back the very same day to do the repairs I had requested. He was timely, knowledgeable and professional!

Our tech was very helpful about everything. He thought something needed replacing that was an additional $600 to my estimate. I signed off on it. As he worked he found out it didn’t need replacement and was honest about not actually needing to replace it. Saving us $600. This honesty has now gained a repeat client and will be getting recommendations from me to everyone I know.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

I would use them again! I did initially feel like it was more expensive than it should have been. Howey, I'm not a drain expert hence why I called them. So stick shock aside they explained the prices clearly and according to a quick Google search the price was under/right on the edge of the national average. The technician was kind, polite, and professional. He explained to me how I can prevent the issue in the future. While I wouldn't have been able to fix my issue he told me a couple things to try next time before calling. I appreciate his honesty in trying to help me spend less money. I'll definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue I can't fix!

Thank you, for getting my wedding ring back!!!I highly recommend this company / plumber, first I called another company and they right away said a plumber needed to come out and resolved. I then called this company and the person who took my call directed me to the plumber himself who gave me some advice before even suggested to come out. At the end he resolved my problem and was extremely professional. Will continue to use their services in the future.

Austin Plumbery was incredibly professional and fairly priced. I had a leak in the water line to my toilet and needed it to be taken care of quickly. I submitted the contact form on their website outside of their listed business hours, yet they called me 20 minutes later and scheduled a technician to come over the next morning. Travis was right on time and got the job done quickly. He was friendly, professional and was considerate enough to wear booties, gloves, and a facemask. I will be using Austin Plumbery again and highly recommend their services!

I called Redbud Plumbing after unsuccessfully trying to fix a slow-draining bathtub. From the moment I spoke with Chris, I was impressed. He was kind and professional and gave me an ETA. Dilan arrived on time, quickly solved the problem, and showed me the culprit—an old-school stopper that was stuck in the overflow drain. I'm thankful to have been referred to them.

I had a really great experience with Al Mac Pumbing & Gas. Alex is a knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and trustworthy. He has been apart of transforming our yard from day 1 and was integral in making our space exactly how we wanted it. We needed to trench our yard to extend our gas line and have a few stub outs for new water heaters and a grill. He does quality work and I would absolutely call him in the future.

Josh came exactly on time that was stated. He went above and beyond on the service , not only fixing our air conditioner but showing what was wrong at each step. We had him check the entire system and also resolved some future mold problems. You couldn't ask for a more professional and knowledgeable person to resolve your problems.

Buyer beware!!!This company (Berry) will send out an Apprentice plumber which is not a licensed plumber i.e. someone that has not taking a state test with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners that pose as an actual licensed plumber. They will charge their customer for a licensed plumber’s hourly rate even though they are not actually licensed plumbers! Please ask to see the person that comes to your home for their license. The person has to show you it if you ask for their state license. If it’s a red card do not let that person do anything in your home. Anyone can pay a yearly fee and get a red apprentice card from the state board even if they are not doing any plumbing at all. The license must be blue(Journeyman) or green (Tradesman) to actually do plumbing.

We had a clogged toilet but a full day of classes. I called about 285038 other places there were either already booked up, closed for the day, or didn't work on commercial plumbing. Fast Fox Plumbing to the rescue! They quoted a time period, came earlier than they expected, and fixed the problem all within an hour's time.
