Best Sewer Clog in Austin TX

I called this company out to replace a supply line on my toilet, no more than a 5-10 dollar part and an extremely simply fix. They were there for all of 15-30 minutes, and I was billed $216.78, essentially equivalent to them charging $200/hr for their labor. They are lucky I had cancer at the time, otherwise I would have refused payment. Extremely overpriced, haven't used them since and have told others that if they are looking for a plumber, stay away from S&D. Thanks for taking advantage of a disabled customer!

I called with the referral of a co worker. Equipped with that knowledge the receptionist was still very short and rude when I inquired about having some plumbing work performed at one of my commercial properties. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and this first impression was a poor one.

Needed them in a hurry and they showed up relatively quick and got the job done in a short amount of time! Our tech Jesse was great. Explained everything and did a good job.

He displayed the characteristics that I would want to convey if I was providing a valued service. Service/knowledge base was great and the pricing was fair. Definitely will be using Mr. Rooter again.

The service was great when they were running late they called to let me know which I appreciated a great deal. The technician was friendly and explained everything as he was working. He made sure he took his shoes off to protect my floors. Of course they fixed the problem ;-)

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

Chris came out in March to replace two flush valve ballcocks in my toilets, replaced 2 old faucets w new ones in bathroom, and changed out the Roman tub faucet. He did an excellent job and gave me quite a bit of information when I asked him questions. He contacted me later to be sure everything was in good shape and even came back to tweak one faucet to be sure it was perfect.Very professional and knowledgeable

Benjamin Franklin plumbing technician Jared Patterson did some commode repairs at me home today. He was very prompt and very professional. He explained my options and did a great job on the repair. When I called these guys after a failed pressure regulator valve, they came right out. They made a quick fix and hoped that would resolve the issue, sadly it did not. Not their fault. Called Tommy the next morning and he sent the guys right out despite a full schedule and got us all fixed up. Our water pressure is better than it’s been in years! So thankful for these guys!!

Al is great -- he was originally contracted through my pool contractor to do some work in the backyard. I was talking to him as he was wrapping up that job and mentioned a few issues in the house; Al was able to take a quick peek, offer some solutions and provided a bid.Ever since switching to a tankless water heater, we noticed some of the faucets lost pressure and took way too long to circulate hot water. We spoke to other plumbers who mentioned that there wasn't anything that could be done and that the faucet was in an as is state.I had Al come back a few weeks later and was able to fix and upgrade some of the plumbing system, to both increase water pressure and also speed up how long it takes for water to reach some of the faucets.I'm really happy about the service and am thankful I've run into Al by chance. I strongly recommend reaching out to Al as his team is great -- you won't find any better in the area.

My weekend did not start out well considering my bathroom floor flooded due to a clogged line. I was pretty desperate.
