I highly recommend John Garlow and Clarke Kent Plumbing! I had an unusual issue: a prior contractor had allowed concrete to be poured in my toilet drain pipe and solidify. As a result, the pipe was partially blocked and we had serious issues with clogging in that toilet. Two prior plumbers came out and threw their hands in the air, telling me the only solution was to chip away the foundation around that pipe and replace it. When John arrived, he was on time, professional and told me that he thought he could resolve the issue without costly demolition and replacement. It was not an easy task, but John never gave up and, ultimately, fully resolved my issue without destroying my flooring and foundation. If you have a plumbing issue, these are the guys to call. The city had come out and confirmed the water leak was on the customer side. I called Radiant ,explained my problem. The following day Talmage was dispatched.Once he arrived, we greeted and I went on to explain the problem. Following a short conversation, he told me what I could expect and he got to work.After some intensive digging, the source of the leak was identified and repaired.I remain very appreciative for the excellent and professional worked performed. Great fast, customer service. I called this morning to see if the company does leak detection services. For the past month my water bill was over $100.00 than normal past years. The person I talked to on the phone was professional and they were able to send someon out that morning, at no cost unless I needed the leak fixed. They texted me the technicians picture. The service technician texted before he came as promised and was on time. Took him less than ten minutes to determine there was no leak, most likely just a break in our sprinkler system, and there was no charge. Based on this one interaction, I will be using them for future plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Mac checked out everything, and even some last minute requests, and gave excellent information. Luckily, I do not have a water leak but will call Reliant if I ever do. This was a great experience!

They don't know how to an estimate

They must be desperate to hire because they have absolutely insane plumbers. I'm 64 years old driving a little SUV returning home from a doctor visit. Their driver, speeding on Duval street near the Domain, then crossed 3 lanes to turn cutting you off and slam on brakes because they must be missing the turn to go onto MOPAC to go north, no signal, no arm wave gesture showing kindness, just cut you off, then after honking, flip you the finger like it was you who did something wrong.After a few finger flips, the driver literally stops traffic behind him, gets out of his company truck, like he is going to fight...walks up to your window name calls you lots of CURSE WORDS more, then drives off. You follow to try to get and copy the drivers truck license as he risks lives on the highway speeding and risky lane changing and then at another stop into an apartment complex entrance, gets out of his truck and does it all again, cursing at you, triple finger flipping you while his arms are waving? All this even while you have the company's receptionist on the phone explaining to her this young Hispanic plumber's insane behavior, unsafe driving and asking her to speak to him.All this with their company name plastered all over their big truck, and the receptionist doesn't seem to care?She gets your personal information says a manager will call, of course no call. So since no call, l left this review.Would you want someone (a plumber) like this allowed into your HOME?

Travis got out to my property on time and sent me a text 20 minutes before hand to let me know he was on his way. I showed him the standing water in my yard, and he got to work digging a two-foot deep hole to find the source of the leak. He showed me the problem and gave me an estimate before he went ahead and fixed it. He ended up replacing a few parts. Super friendly, super professional, and he cleaned up the mess afterwards. The whole job was done in about 2 hours. I will definitely be calling Austin Plumbery in the future.

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I’m super glad I discovered Al Mac plumbing. Me and my wife were smelling sewer gas in our house that we just purchased last month. The house we bought is an older house from the early 70s. The previous owner had it renovated before they sold it to us. Well I’ll cut to the chase now ?. We had Al and his apprentice Dessie show up and they offered to perform a smoke bomb test. At first I was like, did you just say Bomb?. Al said it’s not an actual bomb, it’s a smoke candle that he will light and put in my drain pipe. Well I said sounds pretty cool, I’m in. Well after Al did the smoke test, he discovered that I had an open piece of pipe behind my toilet in the master bathroom. Al had to pull my toilet and cut the sheetrock behind the toilet to find the pipe. Al capped the open pipe and haven’t smelled sewer gases since. Just thankful Al and Dessie could fix that in a timely manner.

They go the extra mile and solve problems others can't.Update: I had a really mysterious problem today. Charles and Matthew came out, solved it, and didn't even charge me because there were no parts of labor necessary. You can't best these guys.

Fixed a hose bib for us. Doesn't sound like much but the kids had snapped it off in the wall. Ryan and the guys did great.
