Best Repair Water Treatment in Austin TX
Jordan Valles was my technician and he did a wonderful job repairing our outdoor faucet on our mobile home. It was stripped and needed a “bib repair”. We also had him take a look at a toilet with a broken flapper and he gave us 3 quotes to choose from for repairs. He explained what he was doing the whole time, and was extremely professional. He noticed that we take our shoes off to go in the house and wore shoe covers while inside the home. Overall Radiant exceeded my expectations as always, and we will continue to use them in the future.

I wasn’t sure what to expect by using a corporate plumbing company vs. an independent contractor. But I was pleasantly surprised! Oscar and his helper Logan were fantastic! Not only were they punctual, but they were able to identify the problem and get the clog opened up. Super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services!

They came out for a HVAC inspection after the business office called and told me that my current HVAC company was going out of business because the owner was retiring. After they arrived I called the other company and they confirmed that Strand Brothers was NOT going out of business and wanted this company's number so they could contact them to find out why they told me such a lie... Either a big mix-up or some underhanded customer snaching going on...

Plumb Doctors staff was very responsive. Sam came to our home on an emergency after hours call for broken hot water heater, his knowledge on what home builders do was a huge service to us, we had no water pressure when we moved in, and Sam knew immediately what was broken, and we were complaining of all the water we wasted to get hot water out of the faucets in the out, We had the hot water heater replaced, and added a booster recycle to the top to push hot water through the pipes, We also replaced a broken component in the yard that was keeping our pressure so low you would stand at the sink for several minutes to fill a pitcher with water. Sam also informed us that if you have a water softener, which you need in TX, you can shorten the life of your hot water heater unless you replace the anode every 3-4 years, which then can extend your water heater. Both Sam and Gabe who showed up to do the work were kind, professional, and cleaned up after they were complete with their work. This is definitely my plumber, I trust them with completing honest fair quotes and give me the best advice. I'll have them back to fix my shower that is having drainage issues, again because of builder lack of quality.

There is a culture within this company of preying on the customer's inexperience and capitalizing on their hardship to overcharge without justification or explanation. The front office has given up on follow up and comunication. If they had any pride in their business it's not evident in their disposition or soft skills. During the negotiation of the $4,100 initial bid we were told we would be called back by two different people. Instead of a callback they just sent a crew out to do the work either hoping we were desperate to accept the initial bid or that maybe a different person would open the door and sign off on the work out of ignorance. When confronted with their lack of communication and unjustifiable bid the company failed to take personal responsibility for not calling back nor did they acknowledge that their initial tech could not complete the line clean out. Their response, Now my guys don't have any work for the next two days. because we turned them away. They also attempted to play myself and my spouse against each other insinuating that the other person was ok with their actions. This kind of response to the customer can only come from a place where you're looking to make as much money as you can with as little effort as possible. Excalibur needs to take serious inspection of whether they want to be the best in town or if they just want to make money and alienate themselves and lose repeat business. There are other companies who want your business and you'll notice the difference in their reasonable rates and courtesy. My neighbor and i ended up doing the repair for less than $500 and in about 8-10 hours over a three day weekend. That's close to 90% less than their bid of $4,100 which does not include the intial failed line clean for $340.My advice: Don't panic or act out of desperation. Call at least three different companies before youhave somone come out. Call the city first.****THE CITY WILL INSPECT YOUR OUTDOOR LINE, RUN A SNAKE AND A CAMERA FOR FREE.****
