John was awesome! Great customer service and explained the process thoroughly. The house drains like a dream now! Clark Kent plumbing is now my go to plumbing.

Benjamin was very courteous and on time. Gave me all scenarios for cleaning out our drain which I appreciated. Reset our toilet as well and caulked around it-looks much better then it did before. He also provided pictures in a detailed follow up report. Loved that! We will be using again!

The toilet in our master bathroom moves around, foul smelling. Possibly flange issue. I removed the toilet did part of the job and then wanted a pro review the flange and replace shut-off valve that leaked a small bit.Called another company who recommended a full toilet replacement, and then extra for the flange work. So thankful I called Proven, they didn't require the toilet to be thrown out as there was nothing wrong with it.Skyler did a great job, quick to review, quote, asked exactly what I wanted.  Replaced the leaking shut-off valve and seated the toilet. Saw him test his work to make sure it was correct.For your great work, I'm recommending you and will call you back for additional work around the home.Really appreciated the quick and quality work at a great price.

Satisfied with the work performed.Billing was a bit sketchy.Zen wanted me to give him my credit card info over the phone without me seeing an invoice first.It wasn’t until I insisted on getting an invoice emailed or a link sent to me so I can pay online, that he finally agreed.I shouldn’t have to give my credit card info over the phone to a technician. Ever.

Great company

I called Lanier Plumbing to have my washing machine drain cleared. The fellow took my address and phone number and told me he would call back in a couple of hours to tell me if they would be able to come out that day or the next morning. I never received a callback and now the following morning there is no one answering their phones. I’ve used Lanier plumbing previously and was impressed with the work but now they’re just MIA. Very disappointed.

Honest people, fast experienced workers, and at a great price!

We reached out to Davis Plumbing for assistance with swapping out our old electric cooktop and installing a gas cooktop to the line that had previously been capped off. Davis Plumbing was quick to respond, and send someone over same day to take a look at the project. Ray was extremely professional and personable, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. We plan to use Davis Plumbing for future projects!

Worst service I have ever used. If you want unprofessional slow service, this is definitely the place to ask help for.
If not, AVOID at all costs. All the 5 star reviews seem fake and posted by Mike himself.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with these guys. I had used them for over a decade with great results but that has changed. I understand the reluctance to give labor rates over the phone but the refusal to give the price of a specific toilet model (as in the part) reeks of bait and switch. Further, I could not even get a call back to confirm my service appointment and find out today that they are now booked for the next two weeks. I wish I had called someone else.
