My gas water heater went out and wouldn't re-light. I thought I was doing what the youtube videos showed but evidently I hadn't set the gas high enough to light it. He came promptly and lit the heater and did not charge since it was too simple. Rooter-Man is my new go-to company! Thanks so much!

Craig Plank was my tech. He called and texted before arriving. It was nice that his pic was on the text so I know who was arriving. He as good around my two dogs and answering all my questions and my eleven year old son asked. We had lots of gunk in my drain pipes. I learned that I should have asked fore services tech way before the second drain started leaking. He was great

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

I called plumb quick after the winter storm in Texas. After hearing my problem and how long I had been waiting for a plumber they shuffled me to the top of their queue. The plumber, Dustin, came out and had a theory that a nail had gone through the pipe. After pulling out the oven, we saw the water damage and realized we had to call a mitigation company.After getting mitigation and their plumber out here, it turned out that his theory was 100% correct. Long story short, these guys are extremely kind, empathetic, and competent. I definitely plan to consider them for any future plumbing work!

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Based off my experience working with them, they have excellent customer service and are true professionals. I will be using them again in the future for other projects.

Woke up and had two inches of water in my mechanical room. Not good. Called around no one could come out same day. Called a plumber who has done work on my house previously and did a wonderful job. Thomas answered and said he was working for cold is on the right and would get in touch with the office. He did and they sent him over a few hours later. Found a broken connection in the wall. Fixed it without a huge mess and we were good to go. Mechanical room was bone dry next morning and the price was very fair. Had never heard of Cold is on the Right before, but I did know Thomas. When it comes to plumbing he is the master and he is a heck of a nice guy. Says a lot when a company hires good people as they are really the face of the business. Thanks guys!

Shout out to Plumber Anderson Mill. They came to my rescue. We have 5 girls in our house and the plumbing lines were clogged. There was not water in the bathrooms. They unclogged the lines and now life is back to normal thanks to this company.
