Best Plumbing Problem in Austin TX

This company responded to my service request within hours. The gentleman were extremely professional and offered me a detailed explanation on what my best options were. I would highly recommend them!

Got notified by the City Water Utilities that I had a leak. Called and managed to get a same day appointment. Curtis Kurka (great honest guy) came and after asking me a few questions and looking around the exterior, told me that since the house was quite new, it was unlikely that it was a major leak . Curtis decided to do the simplest and cheapest test first (to keep my cost low). Well, that test showed that I didn't actually have a leak. I just had a stuck flapper in one of my restrooms. Great company. Honest employees.

Were able to get to me very quickly before a holiday during burst pipe season in Austin. Service person was friendly and very helpful. Will use again!

Excellent customer service, great communication and friendly staff. We had a 0900 appt and when their tech got an emergency call which delayed our project they still came by and stayed until 2030 hrs to make sure it got done.So many companies out there would reschedule you instead of showing this kind of service and dedication.This is one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with and if you do not hire them, it would be a huge mistake in my opinion!!Keep up the awesome service Daniel's Plumbing....you have my business for life!

Our first experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent. We had Oscar De La Fuente and his assistant Leon come out to do our estimate yesterday, and they worked with us to create a plan of action on the next steps needed. They were able to get the clog in our main line cleared very quickly. In addition, they used their camera to inspect the pipes to show us the condition. They made an anxious problem very simple and pleasant.

I have used these guys for years now. Always on time, always professional. One time I had an issue after the technician had left (my fault, not his), I called him and he turned right around and came back to look at it and fix it. Highly recommended.

Took a lower bid than PM on the brand water heater I was most interested in, but PlumbMaster called us back the next day after our first distress call on our leaking water heater (we called on a Saturday & they responded Sunday, I think) & were great about sending out 2 plumbers who walked the property, adjusted an extra toilet at no charge, were very knowledgeable & immediately presented the most thorough & professional bid we got! Included pass through charges like permit, etc! If the price had been lower or the Rheem brand bid, we might have used them-I’ll call them again!!

These guys are great. Dennis, who I now ask for by name, is fast, efficient and cheerful. He fixes my problems with a minimum of drama and expense. I once had a plumber say I needed a new $3500 sewer line. I got a second opinion from Johnny Rooter/Dennis and he fixed my problem for $125. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks for being good at what you do all the while being pleasant and very affordable.

I had a broken pipe in my ceiling and needed help urgently I called a few places that were either fully booked or could come only the next day. Then I called Santana(Jaime) picked up the phone , i explained the issue sent him a photo and he replied right away with an estimate and was ready to come to my house right away.I could tell that he is very knowledgeable ( a lot of plumbing experience). He went down to business right away and fixed my issue in few minutes. He made it look very easy but this was not.Thank you very much Jaime for your prompt help! By the way his price was way less compared to the other contractors that I had called.
