Even though everyone wad closed, they had a live person answer to take our information and the next morning we were contacted first thing hours before others and they sent us a plumber by 9:30am. (We chose not to have them come out as an emergency, but they would have if we wanted).Zak was the best plumber we have ever used and took care of our issue immediately. We also chose to purchase a tankless hot water heater since ours had a crack and was leaking and we feel it was professionally installed. Zak and Paul came out a second day to do additional work we requested. We price checked our purchase and we paid the best price. I recommend Radiant, Zak and Paul for anyone’s plumbing needs.

Dishonest. Charged me $50 just to come out to give me a estimate to auger my drain for the kitchen sink.Their estimate was 2x as much as the company I had come out afterwards.Be aware they charge $300 a hour with a minimum of 1 hours work.

Showed up within the promised time and was able to unclog our kitchen sink in less than 45mins. He even replaced some parts to prevent leaking since there were some old rusted metal pieces. I was very happy to hear there was a 6 month guarantee. Will definitely use again. So glad I didn't try to buy a hand tool. The clog ended up being 20+ft in!

We first called Johnny Rooter when our sewer backed up at 4pm on Christmas Eve with family staying at the house, and they had it fixed by shortly after 7pm. And there wasn't even an extra charge. We've used them several times since then for various plumbing issues, and the staff is always efficient and easy to work with.
