They took them both apart and dug out the calcium buildup that had reduced the hole to a pin size. What's not to love about this company? I've used them previously, and decided it is time to sign their praises. I needed to have the annual flushing of the water heaters and also a valve stem replaced in a guest lav. Scheduling was a breeze, and text this morning kept me informed as to anticipated arrival time...spot on. The work started, and then David decided to stop as they found a few things on one water heater and on the other than needed replacing. The could have completed what they stated, and then charged me for a second visit. But nope -- they stopped everything, ordered the parts they needed, and promised they would be back today (same day). Indeed, they came back within hours, finished the work...and I could not possibly be more pleased or give them a better recommendation. Bravo!

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.
