Our experience with Grayzer Electric was fantastic. Max was professional, quick, and tidy. He had no trouble with the long list of items we needed fixed at our new home, including replacing outlets, adding dimmers, and figuring out what was wrong with two outlets that wouldn't work. We won't hesitate to call Grayzer in the future!

We have used Duhon for electrical work many times over the years and always had a great experience. Most recently Damien and William helped upgrade the electrical system in an older (1940s) home including: Cleaning up loose electrical wires under the house in a tiny crawl space (making it safe to enter), consolidating and cleaning up our main electrical panel, grounding all of the major appliances, installing new ceiling fans and recessed lighting, and addressing other items found on a recent home inspection report. They always took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and then got it done. They are very busy, so it helps to schedule in advance (which I was able to do). Thanks Damien and William for the fantastic attention to detail and taking such good care of our home! I for one will be sleeping better tonight knowing my electrical system is well cared for.

Dale Christal and Austin Baker are amazing, personable electricians. After calling numerous electricians and being told it would be over 3 weeks before they could come out; Dale and Austin came out the same day. Their work was swift and efficient and they were happy to take the time to explain the repairs they were making after a previous electrician's botched work. After a small fire in our home, AC electric next day sent an electrician to replace a burned out heater/light fixture in our bathroom. They had been here before, the ownereven came out on a Sunday to repair something in the electric box and never charged me for it. Later I hired them to replace the electrical box in the back yard. They dideverything by the book, calling the city electric company to disconnect the main lines and then arranged for an inspection by the city. The men who worked here, were determined to finish in one day even though it was raining outside. I really appreciate their prompt and professional service. I highly recommend this company. You can trust them to do the job right!

They showed up when they said they would and delivered on all their promises at a fair price. They made sure I was happy with the products and service. The electrician very knowledgeable and professional however there was nothing wrong with my switch, it was something else and they have this fee that set me back 150 dollars just for this little check up, wish they would have tell me when I set the appointment.

May 6, 2023: This is an update from my review from last year in June. The service technician Robert Fichter is one of the hardest working people I know. He has serviced this unit before, and, I hope when the time comes, he'll be the one to do it again. He is quick, thorough, and knowledgeable, having been in the business for 18 years. Fox Service has installed and maintained both my original unit and this one. Mr. Fichter well serves the company. He is a credit to them and their reputation.June 1, 2022: Adding to my review of last year, today's service was up toi the standards I've come to expect from Fox. This was a routine maintenance inspection (which I highly recommend). I get this twice a year to prevent occasional minor problems from becoming major ones. My technician, Scott, lives up to the reputation that Fox has built over the years. He was friendly, polite, respectful and thorough in his inspection. He is an asset to the company. I have used and trust Fox Service Company since 1995. They have never disappointed.My 18-year-old HVAC system died last Wednesday. Fox had been servicing it ever since they installed it. Their professionalism, quality of service, friendliness, and efficiency are the reason I kept them as my service. I being a 77-year-old senior, needed my system repaired. Fox dispatched Darren, who offered to do another piecemeal fix or replace the system. I was given the option and chose to replace it. The only problem was that they couldn't do the install until Saturday. Darren contacted Cary and together they came up with a plan to keep me cool until Sat. To my mind, that is superior customer service. But, I have always enjoyed great service from Fox. I always subscribe to their annual inspection plan which helps me keep the system running at its best and offers a discount. The two installers, Bryant and Juan were awesome. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the job in about 5 hours. They would be welcome here anytime. I am very pleased with the whole experience, and highly recommend Fox and their entire team. Mariah, the admin lady whom I contacted was, likewise, cheerful, considerate, and kind. A real asset to the Fox service organization. I make this recommendation freely, without fear or favor.

Called for an outlet behind a TV I was mounting. They quickly confirmed an appointment for me with a rough estimate and then I got reminders leading up to the appointment! They showed up early within the window and even gave me an hour call ahead. Chuck, the electrician sent was thoughtful, kind and generous with his words and time. He texted and demonstrated the working outlet. Super nice guy and they gave me a fair discount for some of the materials and prep work I had done. I had a great experience and highly recommend!

There was a very disturbing water leak in my bathroom so I called this company and they came right away and checked my faucets and told me they were worn out over the years so they replaced it with a new one. A job very well done, they had the necessary and good quality materials to fix my problem. 5 stars
