Half of an entire apartment building has no water because of a bad valve on the boiler. This is on Christmas Eve. So we go that day, Christmas Day as well with out hot water. The part arrives the day after Christmas which is a Thursday and the tech says that since it came in after 2:00 he would return the following day to put it on. So this guy leaves about 40 families without hot water for an extra night so that he does not have to work by flashlight!!!!!!!???? Where I come from plumbers like this end up bagging groceries for a living. Just pathetic. Call anyone but these lazy losers.

The Service was borderline a scam . It was extremely costly first the part to replaced cost ~$50 on the vendor website, billed for $650, because “it was far away to get it”, and was billed an additional $200 for two hour work. Finally the handle was not even attached properly and fell off almost immediately, despite using some sealing “to make it stick”. I guess I will repair it myself then.

I was impressed with the quality of service I received from Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I was notified in advance of the appointment time by the office and also received a call from the technician, Balde, when he was on his way. He arrived on schedule and kept his protective mask on during the entire time. He also covered his shoes each time he entered my home. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the issues in detail with photos and outlined my options before proceeding with necessary repairs. He answered all of my questions and willingly shared tips with me for future maintenance of my air conditioner.

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

Good morning Fast Plumbing Team,I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service and professional staff.I was able to secure a service call time and date for Thursday January 8, 2022 based on the Olshan Foundation Companies estimated time of service which was January 6th, 7th and 8th. As the dates started to change, I was in contact with the Fast Plumbing customer service team Melissa and Diana. On Thursday January 8th, the Olshan Crew pierced one of my water lines. I freaked out and reached out to Fast Plumbing and they suggested I wait as additional holes needed to be dug. By the end of the day, the Olshan Crew pierced not one but 6 water lines in my garage.After speaking with the Olshan Project Supervisor, they would return on Friday to continue digging and add the supports. I called Fast Plumbing to have someone come out on Saturday to repair the water lines but Saturday was already booked. However, they did offer to come out if they had a cancelation. Unfortunately, there was no cancelations, Diana was nice enough to stay in contact with me on Saturday as she provided updates. At the end of the day, Diana and I was able to come up with a game plan as I had to work on Sunday. I went to work on Sunday morning and Diana text me to let me know the Service Technicians were on their way. I left my job and met the Service Technicians Steven and Cody.Steven and Cody were very professional and took care of the repairs. I was surprised when Steven asked if I had any other plumbing concerns. I did not expect him to ask as I only considered the initial problems. I provided my additional concerns and Steven and Cody took care of them in a timely fashion. They were very attentive to my plumbing problems as they continued their qualify work repairs.After the repairs were complete and I was satisfied with their work, I was presented with the invoice.After what I experienced with the Olshan Foundation Crew, Steven and Cody’s interaction was a breath of fresh air.I wanted to thank the Fast Plumbing Team for their professional calm communication skills and their outstanding work ethics. Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

We had an electrical fire behind the dryer. Luckily, my boyfriend was here and he turned the breaker off before the whole house caught fire. Dayton services did a great job fixing the damage in a timely manner. They ran a new wire on the outside of the house and they replaced the dryer cord. They did a great job!

Excellent service. Everytime I call, they let me know when the technician is coming. Before he arrives he calls. They do an excellent job, clean up and the overall behavior is professional, respectful and fast, all the time.

Abraham always shows up on time for HVAC, and he is very courteous and thorough.Javier replaced a water heater and was very honest and upfront. Water heater was repleced the next day after accessing the situation. He was very courteous and prompt.
