I had a hot water pipe leak, a slow leak that another plumber was unable to find after doing extensive leak detection. As a previous real estate Broker for 30 years, I’ve used S & D for many clients, always impressed with how knowledgeable and experienced they are when you have serious slab leaks. Instead of jackhammering my slab Melvin found a work around rerouting pipe thru attic, capping off slab line. Saved such a headache. These guys are the real deal, can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend

The repair person Robert arrived in a timely fashion, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and proceeded to diagnose and clear out the problem area quickly and effectively. He then set me up to have a camera diagnostic the following day and let me know the probable causes for the issue based on the evidence he uncovered while performing the work. Excellent service overall! ?

We needed a plumber to update parts of our gas appliance connections and, after finding out that everyone we called said they needed to come next week, leaving us without hot water, heat, stove, etc. because the gas company turned off the gas until we updated. One of the companies we talked to, however, recommended Mr. Rooter and we certainly were in luck. Mark came today earlier than scheduled, did just what we needed, was extremely friendly, and inspired confidence. After he finished, an hour later, the gas company turned the gas on again and we are back to normal. All of this in one day, the day after the gas was turned off. We will be recommending Mr. Rooter to anyone who asks with great confidence. Thanks for putting us back in business.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Paul recently came out to replace a faucet. He was professional and insightful. We have used AAA Auger multiple times and have been very pleased.

Refuses to let you buy your own parts even if they are the exact ones he would use. Which to me sounds like a scam. Getting over on people must be how he makes a living

From the appointment page on the website, to the call back for scheduling estimate on the next day, to the response by the technician, Andrew, and His attention to the matter and getting right to the good work, all was first rate. Price came right at 11am. Didn't have to set at home all day. Repair was done less then 30 mins. Most places wouldn't repair or come over without the home owner. They only cared about who's paying. That's why I like Stan's.
