Best Home Maintenance in Austin TX

Received a text this morning for my EV charging installation appointment. They work around my schedule perfectly. Got a 30-mins heads up upon their arrival, perfect. Jessica and Jeff showed up to my front door less than 30 mins later. Jeff did the head start with all the cables outside and finished within an hour of their arrival. They work their magic around Texas heat. Easy communication, courteous crews, and just thumbs up all around. Thank you so much, Grayzer Electric!

The techs were nice and did great work adding ONE outlet right above another outlet (to hide my tv wires) but I think it was way overpriced. I have a new build home and I regret not shopping around more for prices... lesson learned. $518 y’all.... they got me!

MALCO responded to a short notice change in schedule of my concrete contractor, who wanted to pour foundation for my outdoor Swim Spa 2 weeks earlier than originally planned. MALCO was the only co. willing to bid at such short notice for running the needed electrical supply to the planned Swim Spa location.Despite the short notice, MALCO's price was competitive with the original Electrician who was not able to accommodate the charge of schedule.The primary work scope (running the electrical supply in prepared trench) was completed on time and very professionally.A month after the concrete was poured,MALCO returned to fit the needed GFCI and secure the local Swim Spa disconnect to the edge of the cured concrete slab.Unfortunately, MALCO had great difficulty in securing the planned GFCI breaker as the manufacturer of the style required to match my main electrical panel was not able to quote a firm delivery date. This required a change of scope and a third visit 3 months later, after the Swim Spa arrived, to complete the installation and hook- up of the Swim Spa.Throughout this project MALCO kept me informed and was very professional in the way their Electricians completed the work!

Very pleased with the service from Bryant Electric, they were on time, quoted me the price ahead of time and the technician (Shawn Jones) was courteous, wore dust protectors on his shoes every time he entered our home and finished the job with all the necessary parts available on his truck. To all the folks that say they are too high on their prices remember, if the job seems easy to do, then do it yourself! JP & his team were very efficient, communicative and I couldn’t have appreciated the experience more. I’ll be using JP for our next home reno projects, and 10/10 I’d recommend them to anyone needed electrical work of any kind.

One breaker was tripping. I guess the age was the factor. Abacus proposed replacing Gen2 with Gen6. Cost of one breaker replacement was very high, 40% of replacing the whole panel breakers. So, I went ahead with all breakers option. Let's see if these last for 5 plus years or more.

We had an electrical emergency and as a food truck that can literally destroy a weekend of service and be very costly. The service we got from ATX Electrical was beyond our expectations! They came out within the hour and got us repaired and back in business before service started, saving our day and a catering event, and our electrician even came back a few hours into our service just to make sure things were still on. 5 stars because they won’t let us give them more than that!

Joe Rizzo sent Tech named James the next day to repair my residential generator. James was prompt, courteous, thorough and knowledable. James explained everything as he examined each section and promptly repaired it. He even cleaned all the housing and explained the maintenance procedures that would have helped. We have had these guys out twice. Johnathan, Mindy and Austin asked discussed our issues with us and asked questions to make sure we got the work we needed done. They were very courteous and very tidy. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Awesome and a true American

I used Bryant for a large remodel i was performing on my home in Austin. I work for a construction company and we have used Bryant on many jobs previously. I was just informed this morning that they would not longer be obligating their contract as they have mismanaged (their words) the project and were no longer making money. I have a half finished home, no electrical service, and no options other than to hire a new electrical contractor. I would not use them as their new management does not honor their obligations or try to offer solutions other than quit.

Once again this company came through. We needed plumbing services this time. The plumber, Greg, was early than scheduled (with a courtesy call ahead), very polite, gave a reasonable quote, and his quality of work was tremendous. I am so glad to have this company come and help me when needed. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
