Super fast service when I had a plumbing emergency. The plumber was so nice and helpful and because of his excellent customer service I chose to have some additional work done by S & D. (Toilet upgrade replacement and some other updates to sinks etc) Great Service!

What a great plumbing company we found today! Daniel’s Plumbing was there for us when we needed them the most!! Mike came out to replace our sink on the same day we called because we needed someone ASAP and they accommodated us. From reading all the reviews on Yelp I soon realized that this was the company I wanted to try and glad I did! They have great customer service!! The person who answered the phone was so friendly and Mike was just a wonderful person all around with a very kind and bubbly personality!! The only drawback is that they are not the cheapest but it was worth it! I highly recommend them for your future plumbing needs!

Ray was great and mended a broken water line in just over an hour. Super good communication from the office as well.

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

We had a hot water leak coming out of our wall and they helped shut off the water and repair the issue. It did take a series of (3) trips as the first trip was to shut off the water, 2nd trip for leak detection and 3rd for the final repair. My only complaint is I wish they could have done the shut off and the leak detection in the same visit. Otherwise, great service and quality work.

Plumb Masters is quickly becoming one of Austin's most trusted names. Called a competitor first based on a post card I received in the mail. They wanted to charge approx. $60 just to come out, and were evasive about how much a known repair would cost. I looked at the reviews for Plumb Masters and gave them a shot. I was not disappointed, a courteous and knowledgeable person scheduled the appointment, and provided a solid quote to repair two exterior leaking faucets. Easy and the pricing was more than fair. If you want someone that will provide transparent pricing and good service you need to call Plumb Masters.

I wish I could give 100 stars. Anthony the tech arrived promptly and saved us thousands on a quote we received from a different company. He was able to repair the water heater the other company said needed to be replaced. highly recommend .

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.

Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

Stephen helped us out today to cap some lines off from removed appliances. He was super professional with high quality service! I would definitely use him again!

Prompt and courteous. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I understood everything, especially since I'm in a new house and know nothing about plumbing. What I paid seemed very reasonable to me, but even if it was high I'm happy to pay more for his great service.I don't look forward to having future plumbing issues, but I'm glad to know who to call!

This plumber was a great find! They called us back quickly, arrived on time, and diligently solved our tricky clogging problem using a straightforward and well explained approach. Al was professional, knowledgeable, and provided the best response time out of the 10 calls I made. Al came out to hook up our gas stove and install a disposal. He is a Master certified plumber and goes the extra step to ensure a quality job. He is also very pleasant and personal level which is great when someone is in your house for a few hours working on multiple jobs. Al owns the company so he has a lot of stake in his work and it’s shows in his craftsmanship. He answered the phone vs me having to talk to a call center operator and then wait for someone to review my call. He also gave me transparent pricing up front vs many of the big brands that would not give me a clear hourly estimate for service. I didn’t want to enter these projects blindly so I appreciated knowing a ball park range of what to expect. We will be using Al Mac for all future plumbing jobs and so relieved to have found an honest expert plumber. Avoid the big companies and go with Al!

Rafael came today to service my water softener. He was very friendly and very interactive. Explained how to take care of my machine.
