Matt was great! He was very thorough in explaining everything that was wrong and provided options on the best way to fix it. Was very careful, triple checked everything, and left the space cleaner than what it was when he got here.

I called on Friday afternoon with a clogged kitchen drain. The dispatcher said they would try to make it out that day after 3, but then called back at around 5 to let me know it would have to be the next morning instead. I got a call at 8:45 the next morning to say the technician would be out in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time, figured out where the clog was very quickly, and got it cleaned out in less than an hour. The price was around $250, which seems fine to me for emergency service. The technician was super nice, great at explaining what he was doing and what the cost would be up-front, and he wore a mask.

They break their backs to get you up and running. I've been with them for five years. Very friendly, very professional, and candid. I'll stay with Go Green as long as I am in Austin and don't die from Covid-19.

Mike came out and fixed my problem less than four hours from contacting him. He would have been there MUCH faster but i fell asleep and missed his first text. Super nice and informative. Only interested in fixing my problem and didn't try to sell me on other services. Life saver on the hottest weekend of the year!

Caelan came out to do an HVAC repair on an older system, and he was very nice. He was thorough and spent time explaining what he thought the issue was. Additionally, he spotted an additional issue behind the HVAC that we weren't aware of. He fixed our issue, and the A/C is now running much better. They provided great customer service, and we will call them again for any future repairs.

I hired Davis Plumbing Services to remove my old tank water heater and replace it with a tankless water heater. Ray helped me with the selection of unit for my home and put me at ease on how he would complete the job. Ray took care of everything including the building of a wooden frame to mount the new water heater and all the plumbing for the water, gas and exhaust lines. The system he specified and installed worked out better than expected. Not only is my water hot it also comes to the tap faster than it did with my old water heater. I am very satisfied with the work that was done, and I recommend to anyone to use Davis Plumbing Services.

SALT has been our go to for services. They are always so kind and easy to interact with every time! I recommend them for your electrical/hvac needs.
