Dishonest. Charged me $50 just to come out to give me a estimate to auger my drain for the kitchen sink.Their estimate was 2x as much as the company I had come out afterwards.Be aware they charge $300 a hour with a minimum of 1 hours work.

I contacted 1st Home for plumbing problems at home. The response came promptly. Javier was the technician, super professional. Gave us three estimates for solving the problems. We decided without any bias from his side. The work was perfect. I strongly recommend 1st Home & Commercial.

Dayton installed a new heat pump and A/C a few years ago. I believe I got a good deal. Just had tech out, Chris Valle, to do a seasonal check-up. Chris was on time, friendly and efficient. Their staff that make appointments are also very friendly.

Stan's has been great to work with for AC and Plumbing. For plumbing Andres has come out several times and is always a pleasure to work with. We will be using him to correct work done by another plumber. Appreciate his honesty and politeness.

We are having pocket doors installed and realized we had electrical stuff that needed to be moved. John was awesome, he handled multiple issues in one visit. Estimates were accurate, and he cleaned up all the mess afterwards.

Just overall a great experience. I had the pleasurer of getting Andy Garcia as my tech. He came out explained what he will do step by step, then preformed each step. Once he was finished the job he cleaned and replaced everything like he was not there. Thank you Andy!!!!

Alex came to do the AC maintenance check. He was so thorough and professional .Answered all my concerns. Will definitely ask for Alex to come back to do heater check coming Fall.
