Techs were OK with install but I was charged a deposit and then the full amount of the AC unit. i.e. close to $3,000 more than expected. I called to have refund on May 8, nothing has appeared in my account and manager has not called as requested. This is costing me money. Bad management.

Yesterday had maintenance on my air conditioner, technician was very professional, clean and punctual. I've chosen Turbo since they have never failed me and my air conditioner always smells better with every time they come

Tech was friendly and competent. He fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. We have a service plan with ARs and yes they do give 15% off which was nice but all he had to do was drain the line and it was $64 for a service call and $300 and some dollars just to drain the line so my issue is the value of what I paid for what I got. Also ARS up to their monthly fees from $9 to 15 which is supposed to include a free service call but apparently not on Sundays. Do not recommend them.
