I called at least four other plumbing companies and for no response. Called Radiant and got a live person within minutes who set an appointment for the following day. Their team accommodated my schedule. Zach arrived exactly when promised. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue the same day.

Ray came out on time ready to get the job done. He was open and honest about what needed to be done and didn’t try to do something that did not have to be done. I have them come again.

Don't know what to say other than they didn't show up. I knew it was a weekend, but they said it was no problem and they work 24/7. Called on a Saturday and they said they would be out between 4 and 6PM. They called me at 5:30 and said they wouldn't be out but could make it out the next morning between 10AM and Noon. I called at 11AM the next morning and they said I was scheduled for Monday morning. Said they would try to get out sometime after 4PM that day.I called another plumber, they were out within the hour.I know it's busy, but don't leave a customer hanging on when you know you can't make it. We ended up having to go to a hotel the first night after they were a no show.

Blake had a good personality, and we would gladly, God forbid, ask for him in our time of need! Blake got straight to work and was finished much sooner than we ever expected! They use the water pump and throw water from parking lot not even clear than they charge$971 after rain same problem so I called them you not clear still got same problem all water in parking lot they said no you have to pay same amount it’s crazy. Who ever come to service they don’t have any knowledge they charge only stupid workers

I tried to use the service. I made an appointment , was called and told tech was on the way . I traveled to home location to meet with tech . Waited for a while and no one showed. Then I received a call and at that time was informed that Stan's will not service mobile homes. The problem is it isn't a mobile. It's a pier and beam home. The lady stated that the tech knew better than I because he looked at a map and decided it was a mobile. He didn't bother to actually show up to the actual house. All this was a huge waste of my time. I called another company that showed up took care of the issue and were very professional and cost was very reasonable.

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. I called these guys out the other day when my water heater went out and Ricky came to check it out not only was he able to get the same brand he was also able to install it that same day super professional he layed floor covers and was very careful highly recommend. As he was in the attic he also noticed my AC system was over 20 years old and was sweating from all the torn duct that was up there, what I really liked was that he showed me exactly where it was leaking from. They came out the next day and knock it out in a couple of hours I really appreciate their services and will definitely be calling them anytime I need them.

I've called upon Neighborhood Plumbing on two recent occasions, one to replace a pressure valve on our main line, and the second to fix a water pipe that ruptured in our garage during the recent winter storm. On both occasions, these guys were prompt, friendly, and professional. They did excellent work. And the fact that Chris and Paul were able to quickly come out in the middle of the storm to get our water pipe patched was simply amazing. Strongly recommended!

When my water heater stopped working on a Sunday, Reliant sent Jason out within hours to diagnose the problem. I did need to replace the water heater. He came back the next day and did a great job - especially since my unit was in the attic - not an easy thing. Both he and his apprentice Joachin were friendly, courteous, and great about answering all my questions. I felt like I could make an informed decision before we agreed to the work and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Jason.
