My bad experience with this company. Have patience to read this for your own judgment. I called them on Sat Aug 29, 2020 for my water bills is high and wondering if there's any water leakage. I was told that they can provide an inspection service for $69.99 then if there's a job to be done, inspection fee will be waived which is understandable. Well.. today Aug 31st 2020, the technician came over and inspects: Water pressure, walk around by all Sprinkler stations, open drainer cap and check. The bill is $295. I was shock. I explained the technician about the fees what I was told. The answer: $69.99 is just to drive down to my property. $295 is to inspect. If there are more jobs to be done, it will be additional. The point is why would I call them doing nothing, just to donate $69.99. Of course, I need them to inspect first and I agree to pay additional. The company should have told me at first, $69.99 for coming and $295 for inspection. I am trying to make sense. Well I had to pay $220 at the end. I feel that I was cheated or ripped. I say this is a bad call. The reviewers.. Please make the right call.

Called to get a quote to have some work completed, the plumber was very condescending on the phone, wanted to ask questions about my financial status and even looked up the value of the home online to continue his arrogant lecture. Stay away.

I was pleased with the timely and professional service, but I believe I paid a premium to get the job done without other estimates. Could have saved money, but the job was completed quickly and professionally. No complaints.

Jason was super helpful and told us what he was doing the entire time. He remembered our names and was very professional and quick! Our tub handle was broken and the water just kept pouring out, he was able to fix it, turn the water back on and get us back to our lives quickly. The customer service I spoke with last night was super helpful and dispatched someone ASAP, super kind and helpful! Great service!!

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

Oct. 20, 2022Just required a plumber to check problem with keeping water in the tank and flushing of toilet. Of course I called Abacus again because I had received such professional and courteous service when my air conditioning unit needed replacement last year. (I admittedly have been wary of plumbers and their integrity, no offense to the responsible plumbers out there.) I was not disappointed in the quality of service from Abacus this time either. Omid was the technician who repaired my stupid old toilet to get it working well again. Omid took special care to keep the area clean and explained thoroughly as he worked through the problem. His explanation will undoubtedly help me save money on my next water bill. Professional, courteous, pleasantly instructive. Omid was excellent.Installed new air-conditioning unit. So far so good. Office staff, sales rep and installers were very professional, informative and seemingly thorough. JUST TODAY I AGAIN USED ABACUS TO DIAGNOSE ELECTRIC SYSTEMS IN MY HOUSE, as some outlets had stopped working. Jason was the licensed technician and he was very professional, thorough with checking all outlets and electrical systems, and patiently explained ALL issues. I do wonder, however, why I don't see his photo among the listed technicians so that he can be identified for his good work? Where is his photo to ID among the many others? I also would say that ABACUS seems a bit expensive . . . but excellent service and home safety come at a price.***Today I had a scheduled appt. for my second seasonal check, for heating in my HVAC system. David Jiles was most knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely pleased. He answered all my many questions with clarity and performed what I perceived as a thorough check of everything while providing useful information for my future reference. No hard sell. I had considered and looked into another company, but am completely satisfied with Abacus. They have proven worthy of my trust. I will continue with their service. Also, I found their maintenance service membership program worthwhile.

Jesse, was amazing. He was very professional and efficient. Everything you hear in the ads is correct. During my installation they saw another problem and fixed it right there on the spot for no additional charge. They do things the right way not the easy way. Yes I used their slogan because they follow it.

The service tech Joshua was skilled and quickly solved the issue and also conducted a basic tuneup to ensure the system was running efficiently.Would highly recommend Stan's for your AC and heating systems!

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.
