These guys went above and beyond to help us! They were able to locate our leak issues quickly and they spoke with us regarding a repair plan. They believed they were going to be able to repair everything in the same day. The guys arrived around noon on a Friday and worked until 10pm that night to complete the project. For one, we were beyond grateful to get these repairs completed, but secondly, I was astounded at their persistence and skill. I will be a loyal customer from here on out and would recommend their services to anyone.

We brought Mr. Rooter in to clean up after a less experienced plumber made a mess of our master bath faucet and valve replacement.Mr. Rooter had an experienced licensed plumber on site the same day. Alvin was great, explaining everything that was wrong, and everything he was going to do to fix it up. We are already planning our next project with Mr. Rooter.

These guys were fast and knew what they were doing. As soon as they realized they didn't have the equipment with them to deal with our issue, they ran out to get it, and were back in less than an hour. The repairs themselves took less than 15 minutes and everything was up and running again. On the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend they knocked it out of the park. Sometimes you need a professional to solve a problem. These guys are pros. I'll definitely use them again.

Updated as of 10/6/21. I used Austin Plumbery who got me out of a bind several months ago and had a great experience as listed below. I'm having some standing water outside of my house and the city water crew said I should contact a plumber. I had another company set-up for a few days from now, but decided to try Austin Plumbery in case they could come sooner. Joe and tech came out same day just a few hours later from when I called. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He even showed me what to look at on the meter. They ended up doing a Hydrostatic test and confirmed I have a leak in my plumbing :(. However, before moving forward he recommended I reach out to my homeowner's insurance to see what is covered in case it could help with costs. I truly appreciate the honesty I've received during both calls and not a push to get money and perform services that might not be needed or could be covered by other means. Thankful again and totally will call them for future needs!I tried to DIY our plumbing by replacing pipes (using solder) and installing a new valve. It didn't go well, so I needed to find a place quick so we could get our water back on. I called several places and most had a week out for availability. I called Austin Plumbery and left a message. They called back within an hour and had an appointment available next day first thing in the morning. I also liked that their service fee was less than most places and went toward repairs anyway instead of being in addition to. Travis showed up within the time frame specified (only two hour time frame instead of like 5 hours or all day as I've experienced in the past). I told him what we did and basically end goal was to get it repaired so we could turn the main water back on. He recommended most efficient and cost effective procedure and I agreed and he was done in a just a little over an hour and stayed at the costs quoted. I also thought it was very reasonable considering other services I've had to get in a bind like this. He was polite and followed COVID protocol as well. Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.
