They are so incredibly kind and first priority is the work they do. I am so grateful they saved my apartment when our pipes burst and asked if I was okay. They were so meticulous with the repairs and straightforward. Thank you ten times over.

Absolutely disgusted with these thieves.Never use them.I did not ask for a price thinking they were honest. They did not need any parts. The sink was already installed. All we needed was to connect the faucets and insinkerator. Also They screwed in a garden faucet that cost & 7.60 at home depot and charged me over $ 170.00 for less than 5 minutes work for the garden faucet. The total was over $ 880.00. I am still waiting for a receipt with total breakdown. They don't even give you a receipt with details.NEVER USE THESE Economy Plumbing Services LLCGOOGLE SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR LIST ASAP

One of the worst experiences I had! Alex from Mr.Rooter just did a big job at our place replacing 13 valves. the job was don properly, but after they left I found out smudges on the upstairs carpets (though I offered them shoe covers to use), and also smudges on the white cabinets! they didn't even dry the water from changing the valves inside the bathroom cabinets. Won't be using them again for sure.

I’ve had an on/off leak that I couldn’t identify. I was referred to these folks, and they were able to schedule an appt for me for the following day. They were on time, very professional, and were able to assess the situation and identify the problem (which was a busted appliance). Appliance repair isn’t their bag, but at least I was finally aware of the problem so I could bring the right person out. Happy with the service call and will def use again if I have a plumbing problem.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Best company I've worked with in the last 8 years at my downtown Austin business. They continue to go above and beyond and explain things to me in a way that I would understand. When I had an issue with my hot water heater another company, reliant plumbing, told me it was going to be between 10 to $20,000 to fix (replace the whole system). Johnny rooter came in identified the problem and all I paid with six hundred bucks to get it fixed. 3 years ago and going strong! Most recently I had a commode go haywire. My technician, Bam Bam, was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and professional. He fixed my issue in the most timely manner and have me great tips to care for my pluming to save me money in the long run. Most of the time they are there within hours of my call. I will always use this 5 start company for my home and business needs!

Al was professional, knowledgeable, and provided the best response time out of the 10 calls I made. Al came out to hook up our gas stove and install a disposal. He is a Master certified plumber and goes the extra step to ensure a quality job. He is also very pleasant and personal level which is great when someone is in your house for a few hours working on multiple jobs. Al owns the company so he has a lot of stake in his work and it’s shows in his craftsmanship. He answered the phone vs me having to talk to a call center operator and then wait for someone to review my call. He also gave me transparent pricing up front vs many of the big brands that would not give me a clear hourly estimate for service. I didn’t want to enter these projects blindly so I appreciated knowing a ball park range of what to expect. We will be using Al Mac for all future plumbing jobs and so relieved to have found an honest expert plumber. Avoid the big companies and go with Al!

I just had two new water heaters installed in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation process was smooth and hassle free, and the technicians (Eddie and Roberto) who installed the units were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I would strongly recommend Abacus to my friends and family and will definitely contact them for any future Plumbing, Air Conditioning or Electrical Services.

Charles and Matthew were the plumbers who worked on our project to install several new water fountains for our Pre-K. Both were very professional and respectful to our staff. They made sure everything was done according to code and made sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up the area very nicely. Definitely will use Custom Plumbing again.

I was very impressed with their service, and highly recommend them. There was an unforeseen problem that occurred in the garage during the install of new hot water heaters and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly taken care of for us. They could have easily gone the easier route, but chose to do right by the customer- this is not something I see with every company and I was happily surprised with the pride they take in their work and in their company.

We were set for a hydro static test and ended up with a blocked sewer line 2 days before the test. Ben and Greg came out and fixed the problem and repaired a leak and did the test all in the same day.

I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My parents' hot water heater, which is a hard to find, expensive, cabinet style type, was leaking really bad on Tuesday. After doing some research on the type of hot water heater needed, I found that Rheem made one. So I looked up their recommended pros. After looking through the list I chose Neighborhood Plumbing. Within about an hour of my call, Karl showed up. He took about two minutes to assess the situation and then proceeded to tear the insulation off a flex line to expose a hose leak. The total cost to fix the issue was a bit over $200. After fixing the issue and putting everything back together, we asked him to look at the slow water output in one of the bathrooms. We were told by a previous plumbing company that the lines were needing to be replaced, looking at a several thousand dollar fix. Karl took a quick look and stated that just the connections under the sink needed to be replaced. The next day he came out, along with Red, and pulled out the short galvanized pipes and 90 degree connections, which identified the source of the problem---totally clogged pipes and connections. Therefore, to not make this to long, Neighborhood Plumbing saved my parents a lot of money and solved all of their plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
