Good plumber. But very expensive!

Juan came out to fix a broken pipe in our sewer line and it was a great all-around experience. The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful with setting up the appointment. Juan was very professional and friendly and walked me through the whole process. He even took the time to answer a few extra questions I had. Highly recommend.

Excellent service provided by Darius McKinnis! Was very professional. Was very honest and upfront with costs. Worked diligently and efficiently. Replaced an ice water maker outlet box and saved the drywall pieces cut out so I could easily patch it up on my own afterwards. He even helped troubleshoot my kitchen faucet after the water main was turned back on without an extra charge. Due to his excellent service, I will be asking for him in the future for any plumbing needs!

This was the 2nd referral because the 1st one did not “want” to do the job and lied when I called to ask what the hold up was. Alex was great! In spite of the 30° and sleeting weather, he removed my old, leaky, dirty 40 gallon water heater from my kitchen and installed a shiny new tankless water heater outside. I had hot water the same day! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He cleaned up all the debris and didn’t leave any trash in my yard or house. He answered some random plumbing questions for me too.Desmond was great as well. He installed an owners cut off valve for me and also helped address the water pressure issue. He worked outside in 30° weather as well. He painted the cover for my cut off valve cover blue, so I wouldn’t get it confused with my neighbor’s.I very much appreciate the service I received. I would definitely call them again. These guys really are plumbing wizards!

ABC replaced part of the main line into the house. It was a big leak, water gushing out into the street. He shut off the water and fixed it.

Cody came by looked at leak we made a plan to replace everything , we choose the materials on his iPad and he ordered them. He was professional and very courteous. They will call me when parts come in to schedule installation. Update: work is done and we are very happy with it. We would definitely recommend the team at Abacus
