Jordan Valles was my technician and he did a wonderful job repairing our outdoor faucet on our mobile home. It was stripped and needed a “bib repair”. We also had him take a look at a toilet with a broken flapper and he gave us 3 quotes to choose from for repairs. He explained what he was doing the whole time, and was extremely professional. He noticed that we take our shoes off to go in the house and wore shoe covers while inside the home. Overall Radiant exceeded my expectations as always, and we will continue to use them in the future.

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

Mr. Rooter had someone out the same day, earlier than promised. They gave me a reasonable price, and even though it was a tough leak to hunt down, Tommy found and repaired it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

Men were very polite, professional, and were done with the repairs in a reasonable time. However, I had a leak the next day coming from the toilet’s shutoff valve. They returned to fix the leak, but we decided not to have it fixed. The material cost was under $15.00 and labor was $170. I was disappointed because I know that wouldn’t even take one hour. I suspect we were being charged for two plumbers to be here. This job only takes one person, but I was being charged for two. $170 for labor is HIGH!!Update: my husband took care of the leak. It cost $16.26 and took 20 minutes.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Paid $550 to have them come clean my AC unit. Didn't check any airflow, showed me before/after pictures of the unit and looked at my Nest thermostat and left. Low and behold a few hours later; my house isn't being cooled to 72 degrees as it had been set, it's now slowly creeping towards the 80 degree mark.The worst part is when I called them to explain my issue and see if they could come back out (business is literally a mile or two from my house); I was told no technicians. Ok, that's understandable, but when I asked if fees could be waived for not fixing my AC unit the first time and coming out the next morning, I was greeted with hostility. I believe it was something like, I'm sorry what? I can't do that, unbelievable., I am then put on hold for upwards of 10 minutes with no explanation....I eventually hung up the phone and when I called back, got the same person, albeit a bit nicer saying they were calling technicians for me... Interesting, couldn't have mentioned that when you aggressively put me on hold with no explanation. Also, nothing was mentioned about any sort of fees for the upcoming visit. Definitely cancelling any sort of maintenance contract with them after that experience. And now another day wasted where I have to wait around for them to come. PASS...UPDATE: 4 Days Later... AC has begun not cooling again. Another call to the company, can't send anyone out today of course. So after 3 visits, 1st being the initial diagnosis, the next being the 4th, they still haven't fixed the problem. Didn't know fixing AC was like playing horseshoes or bags, just throw something at it and hope it works, who cares if it takes them 4 times to fix it. My electric bill is considerably higher than it's ever been. Oh well, live and learn I suppose. And what have we learned today? Not to use 1st Home & Commercial Services....UPDATE July 16th, 2019: Feel like it's just due diligence to update this review now. Cancelled my maintenance contract so I am only minus $400 dollars and no working AC, guess that's better than $550. So after their 4th visit to my house, they finally determined there was a giant crack in between a vent/furnace in my attic and basically all my cold air was leaking out... SO WHY DID IT TAKE 4 TIMES TO FIND THIS??? I have no idea. Again, it's cost a lot in time (mine and the companies) and energy (bills) for them to determine this. I asked if the tech could send me the pictures he took in my attic, and he said he would send a quote.July 17th, 2019: Finally received the quote at noon, $370.00 to repair a duct with aluminum tape... Hmmm, hard pass. Even if I have to pay someone double or get up there myself, it would be worth it. That's about how I feel after a week plus of this, 4 visits, and who knows how many phone calls.

My wife and I went with Redbud Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to resolve a tree root problem with our sewer pipe. Alex was great! In spite of the 30° and sleeting weather, he removed my old, leaky, dirty 40 gallon water heater from my kitchen and installed a shiny new tankless water heater outside. I had hot water the same day! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He cleaned up all the debris and didn’t leave any trash in my yard or house. He answered some random plumbing questions for me too.Desmond was great as well. He installed an owners cut off valve for me and also helped address the water pressure issue. He worked outside in 30° weather as well. He painted the cover for my cut off valve cover blue, so I wouldn’t get it confused with my neighbor’s.I very much appreciate the service I received. I would definitely call them again. These guys really are plumbing wizards!

I had a house fire and need them to come out and look at my system and replace air ducts and HVAC. They did a good job in getting it done right and getting the insurance approval.

Kenya from Stan's recently helped to resolve a toilet issue of mine. Her methodical approach from inspection to resolution was appreciated and even offered an explanation at each step of the way. Now, a new toilet is on its way ready for Stan's to install. Additionally, she also helped with questions regarding my water heater and now I have a decision to make between a tank or a tankless install. Service man arrived at the time promised, he identified the AC problem quickly, repaired it immediately, and was friendly and courteous the entire time. The AC began functioning properly within a few seconds of power restoration. Fox's track record has been outstanding during our entire working relationship of more than 25 years.
