He super courteous, friendly and patient with all questions. Essentially he made us feel we had chosen the right company to install and maintain our unit. We called A&T because we noticed rust in our hot water. They sent Chris to our house and he was very professional. Chris looked at the rusty connectors on our water heater and he offered solutions to both repair and replace the unit. We opted to replace the 12-year-old unit and Chris did a magnificent job. His installation is a work of art and I appreciate his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. We will use A&T again for our plumbing needs.10/12/21 update: the gas regulator on the new water heater is defective. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We called A&T and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and they had a plumber over the next day to fix it. Great service.

Steven and Steve quickly and professionally installed the water heater. Very friendly. They had me test all faucets before leaving. They were great!

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

Plumb Masters responded quickly, was professional and very clear about the details of the job they did. I would use them again for sure.

We are a metal fabrication shop (Austin Iron) and was in need of immediate service. The shop was in jeopardy of having a major water supply issue. I called plumb quick after the winter storm in Texas. After hearing my problem and how long I had been waiting for a plumber they shuffled me to the top of their queue. The plumber, Dustin, came out and had a theory that a nail had gone through the pipe. After pulling out the oven, we saw the water damage and realized we had to call a mitigation company.After getting mitigation and their plumber out here, it turned out that his theory was 100% correct. Long story short, these guys are extremely kind, empathetic, and competent. I definitely plan to consider them for any future plumbing work!

Great service for a long time, servicing my home on a regular basis and provided the correct time to replace our system. The whole process took 20 minute to get approved and set a schedule for two days later to install. Installation took 3-4 hours ,the team Ryan, Mack & Larry knocked it out and now my wife is having questions as the system is working so well and so quiet that she thinks its not on until she has to get a sweater. If you are looking for front line equipment , service and a honest company call Dayton , you will post like this too!
