Kyle came out to our house yesterday and gave us estimates, with multiple options, for the services we needed. He was clear and concise with the information, making it easy to understand. We contacted S&D Plumbing and they were able to get them scheduled to do the work the very next day.Today he & Christopher came out and got all of the services done in just a few hours. I can't say enough about how personable, polite, communicative, and professional that Kyle & Christopher were! They are definitely an asset to this company.We will continue to use S&D and refer all our friends & family!

Wonderful experience with Mark! Friendly professional and knowledgeable. Talked me through everything. Really appreciate the customer service. Was very upfront about costs and found a solution that worked for me and my budget!

I called them on a Sunday for a main drain clog , they scheduled for that afternoon. They finally let me know at six o'clock they were behind. I then scheduled for Monday afternoon, left work early and waited again. Called them at four and was told they had nobody available. I can understand if you are busy. .. Don't tell me you can make it if you can't! I used several hours of PTO for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

They gave me a two hour arrival window but called exactly 15 minutes before the start of the window to ask if they could make their way over. When he arrived, he was upfront about what work would be needed and what it would cost to seek my approval before starting. The work was fast, clean and friendly.

My wife and I went with Redbud Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to resolve a tree root problem with our sewer pipe. Redbud was prompt, courteous, mindful of COVID precautions and explained what they were doing perfectly. They had the right equipment to get the job done, and left my front yard in good shape. Thiß company was extremely fast and professional. AC system was installed next day. Installers were very courteous and clean. The company went above and beyond to help us with getting this while thing paid for. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Great service - Cody arrived on-time and called ahead to confirm his scheduled arrival. Was very efficient and helpful - I had a leak to fix, which he diagnosed and repaired promptly; then I had several valves to replace, which he did efficiently and quickly. He understood and explained problems I was having and advised me on how to take care of them.Company works by the hour and openly provided hourly rates on the phone. Final bill was as expected. Great group to do business with - will definitely call them again if I need plumbing help.

We use these guys for all of our plumbing needs... winterizing our outdoor spigots, testing our gas lines, descaling our water heaters, new installations, and modifying existing ones. They're prompt, professional, and have integrity. For all the work they've done for us, they've either left us satisfied with their work the first time, or have come back until we were.
