I can’t remember how I was referred to BenjaminBL Plumbing, but I’m so glad I was. As a company, they are very responsive and friendly. We’ve had two situations now when we’ve needed a plumber, and each time we called BenjaminBL was a great experience. Benjamin is very knowledgeable, skilled, and super nice, to boot. He was quick to make repairs, explain the issue, and answer questions, including questions about a (no longer mysterious) outdoor drainage pump that was installed prior to our residency, and that no one else had a clue about. I also really appreciate that Benjamin talks with you, not at you or down to you. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but he made it a pleasant and painless experience. All around very impressed with this company and could not recommend them more highly.

I called to get them to come out to talk with me and give me a quote on a water softener. They came out and went through all the options with me. They were able to get the equipment and do the installation same day. The guys were both nice and did a great job installing my water softener and filter. Didn’t take them very long to get it all done, but the set up looks great.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about water heaters. Received trustworthy and honest advice. They did a great job replacing the gas valve on my water heater, would certainly recommend them.

Ray came out on time ready to get the job done. He was open and honest about what needed to be done and didn’t try to do something that did not have to be done. I have them come again.

The two gentlemen that repaired our garbage disposal and kitchen pipes were timely, professional, and helpful--they explained what the issues were, what they were going to do and why, and were glad to answer any questions we had. Much appreciation for a great experience!

We needed a plumber to update parts of our gas appliance connections and, after finding out that everyone we called said they needed to come next week, leaving us without hot water, heat, stove, etc. because the gas company turned off the gas until we updated. One of the companies we talked to, however, recommended Mr. Rooter and we certainly were in luck. Mark came today earlier than scheduled, did just what we needed, was extremely friendly, and inspired confidence. After he finished, an hour later, the gas company turned the gas on again and we are back to normal. All of this in one day, the day after the gas was turned off. We will be recommending Mr. Rooter to anyone who asks with great confidence. Thanks for putting us back in business.

Jose and Steve came and were super professional and respectful,They were following all the Covid precautions, explained everything to me in simple term and fixed my busted pipe the same day, quickly and efficiently.Definitely will be using them again,Specially when Texas had a winter storm come through they came to save my home.Thank you guys ??

Larry Baker was amazing. He helped trouble shoot a long standing problem with a tankless water heater system we have. We were not going to have hot water for the holiday, but thanks to his expertise, we will be able to host Christmas Eve WITH hot water!

I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

They showed up within 45-min if my call and quickly fixed the clog. Will definitely use again
