Collen was fantastic. Polite, on time, knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced our water heater in less than 24h since our old one broke. He also identified an issue with our water pressure that needs urgent attention. Could not be happier!

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

Had an emergency issue happen over the weekend and Mr. Rooter had a technician out within 45mins.Jason was very professional and straightforward in explaining the cost breakdown.The work was completed quickly and the price was fair.I would definitely recommend their services.

Our kitchen sink was clogged so much that standing water had accumulated and spilled out onto the kitchen floor. I quickly called Roto-Rooter and they sent a plumber out pretty much 15 minutes from when I called. Oscar fixed the problem quickly and was very nice and professional. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues we have in the future!

Austin had just suffered its worst snow storm in decades, our tenant thought she had a broken pipe. She was stuck with no water and other companies were telling us they were booked months out due to the issues created by the weather crisis. L&P Plumbing responded same day, squeezing us in between appointments. Fabian was able to assess the damage and get the water on for our tenant as a complimentary service. What a stand up company! So generous and highly professional. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Plumb Masters fixed a broken pipe for me. They were prompt, courteous, and affordable. I had called another plumber who wanted 4 times what Plumb Master estimated for the job. The actual invoice was exactly what they estimated. I’m pleased with their work and will recommend them to my friends.

Ryan is who came out to fix what I thought was the fan motor for the compressor. Turns out it was just a worn out capacitor. He was polite, professional and patient when explaining what was wrong with the system. He even offered a couple other tidbits on preventative maintenance and other services offered. 10/10 will use again.

I signed up for their membership program after a good service call and have used them happily ever since. Fair prices, and great service.

Facing a late Saturday clog that was impacting the kitchen and laundry room. Called them. They answered with a live person. He took my information and told me he would call me when they had found an available plumber. A while later they called and said a plumber was located and is on the way. I swear as soon as I hung up the phone Stephen Lopez was at my door. And this guy knew his stuff. Attacked the problem through the laundry connection so as not to have to make a mess in the kitchen. Not only was Stephen knowledgeble he was also very friendly. Can't recommend AAA-Auger high enough nor Stephen. And seriously, for an after hours call it was very reasonable. All prices are printed in a book that was shown to me. While I hope to have minimum need for a plumber it is nice to know I have found a good one here in ATX.

My air conditioner went out and they came out the same day and fixed it. Zach and Blake provided excellent customer service.

I had my grandmothers water heater break down and Alex, Dezi and Rufus were there immediately to supply and install a new one. Very fast, efficient workmanship and compatible rates. She fell in love with his little helper Rufus ? I would highly recommend this service and we will be using him again!

This Tech was out to do a call at my home because our AC stoped working so he came out to tell us we had a blown part that had to be replaced for 450 or something like that plus labor but we really should just replace the whole system that would cost us 7,000-25,000 depending what we wanted. Well my husband went to Lowe’s purchased a new thermostat and what do you know our AC was right back to normal works perfectly fine. Don’t always listen to the person who has an agenda for taking your money go with your gut before you fork out thousands.
