Best Emergency Water Leak in Austin TX

Finally decided to fix the plumbing at my condo. Had a tub that drained slow and two toilets that needed the tank bolts replaced due to rust that kept coming out everytime I flushed. I searched yelp and called up some plumbers, but most of them were very busy. Finally Rooterman picked up the phone and a receptionist answered.I got a quote to clear the drain, but the plumber would have to see the toilets in person to give me a quote for the rusted tank bolt replacement. Surprisingly they had someone available the next day and I made the appointment.Curtis gave me a call before heading there and showed up when he said he would. He checked out the tub and toilets. The quotes were expensive but reasonable.The shower tub drain turned out to be slow draining so there was no need to clear it. I had used a plastic drain cleaning strip before and put a hairstopper on it so it was fine. As for the tank bolts, Curtis got them out and replaced both of them. Took about 2 hours.I wish I could say everything was well after that, but the hose connecting to the tank was leaking after he left. I texted him and he said he would come back the next day and look at it. The following day he tightened the hose, but it was still leaking. He then came back for a third trip and replaced the hose and other part. Not sure what was wrong, but it was observed that one of the rubber washers had hardened and could have been causing the leak after it was disturbed. After that, the toilet didn't leak. Third time was the charm.Overall, I had a good experience wth rooterman and I would definitely hire them again if I have any plumbing issues. Curtis was amazing!

29 year Trane HVAC was not blowing air.I was very concerned which Trane service I should trust. I researched and chose Radiant Air Conditioning.Service technician John Murphy checked both my HVACs. One absolutely required replacement, the other still cools but with issues.John was very professional, thorough, friendly, explained everything as he checked. He answered all (a lot) questions … and he expertly answered all of them … which helped me immensely.He later explained to my wife, which helped her.Eric Hernandez came the same day to size, understand all my requirements, prior installation errors, documented installation requirement.He created an estimate with all the choices. He never any pressured any choices, he answered all my questions… which helped me to decide.I believe all my choices will help me save sufficient money and lifetime over time.

Nick and Tib came out to do a myriad of work including installing a new water, replacing valves, adding a pressure regulator, and installing an owner shutoff valve as well.They arrived on time, were courteous, and got to work right away. Excellent service throughout. An emergency popped up at the end of the job which Nick needed to attend to, but Morgan came out to help ensure everything worked well and finish up the work with Tib.All three were great to work with and answered all my questions patiently. Would definitely recommend Daniel’s Plumbing for any plumbing work needed!

Really disappointed with the carelessness of this company. Not only did they fail to complete the work we paid for, the work they did do was shoddy. They installed our water heater and left it leaking, and broke a piece off and threw it in the trash without telling us. We also paid for our water hookup for our kitchen sink and returned to find the work not done. I've called three times to speak with someone about it, and each time they've said they'd call me back and haven't. It's very frustrating to be treated so poorly. Do not recommend.

I have, ever since moving into Brushy Creek, utilized A&T Service Plumbing for ALL plumbing issues at our house. Upstairs, and downstairs water heaters replaced, gas control valve replaced, clogged drain - does not matter what the needs have been A&T has always been responsive, timely, fair and most importantly reliable in getting the job done and done right!. Have recommended them to my neighbors and they share my assessment. If you have a plumbing need, day or night - call them!

The technician Michael was on time . He was professional and immediately went to work in order to resolve the problem. . He took his time and was very thorough. You get what you pay for. Like a lot of plumbers, they don’t ever meet their appointments and in a short time have provided awful customer experiences / gone completely dark.

We had someone from Johnny rooter install new sink and faucet for us about 6 months ago.It was installed poorly by someone know longer with the company. When our faucet quit working this week and the disposal broke, they sent someone over immediately. They were able to fix everything. Sean and Jason were great! They had to get creative because of some electrical problems but they were able to fix the sink and disposal. And they didn't even charge us! Will definitely use again.

Price point gauging is ridiculous. Stay away from this place. They are the King of Kings when it comes to over the top labor cost to do a job. A $10 part will cost you $1k in labor cost to install. What a joke!

Refuses to let you buy your own parts even if they are the exact ones he would use. Which to me sounds like a scam. Getting over on people must be how he makes a living

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I Short Term Rental my home due to everything being so expensive these past few years and reviews in that business is extremely important. My kitchen faucet had a catastrophic failure the very last moment as i was leaving. I called Westmoreland who understood my situation and dispatched a tech who immediately responded and arrived with the correct internal components to repair the faucet with-in 3 hours, all before my guests arrived. I am very grateful for their exceptional service!

I had several burst pipes after the snow storm in February. Alex and Dessie were out to me and were able to sort me out in no time. It was also far more affordable than the jobs many of my neighbors had done for similar work. Definitely would recommend!
