Best Emergency Water Heater Repair in Austin TX

I was extremely pleased with my entire experience with Rooter-Man plumbing. Our electric hybrid water heater unexpectedly shut off, leaving us without any hot water. After calling 2 plumbers which were recommended to me and not getting any response in over 24 hours, I called Rooter-Man and was almost immediately connected with a scheduling agent (who also works in the field).I explained my issue and after gathering the information she required, she checked their schedule and said they should be able to work me into that day’s schedule - within an hour or two. Fifteen minutes later I received a text from one of their technicians - Eddie - saying he would arrive in 15min (I had requested to be noticed 15min ahead of time so that I could drive home from work) .Eddie arrived on schedule, and without me even asking, put on booties to cover his shoes before coming inside. He quickly diagnosed the problem - expecting it to be a faulty circuit display board on the water heater. He called Rheem support and told them what he had diagnosed, and they confirmed we needed a new circuit board, which they agreed to ship overnight.I called Rooter-man again the next day after receiving the circuit board, and Eddie returned that afternoon to install it with his assistant Allan. After confirming it fixed the problem, he made it a point to let me know if I had any issues or concerns to contact them. The friendliness and open and honest demeanor of both Eddie and Allan made the whole experience even better. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue (especially an urgent one) and will no doubt call on them first the next time I need a plumber.

They were able to get someone out on site to give me a quote in only a few days rather than weeks, and he was incredibly courteous, considerate, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain how and why different options would work to better understand which solutions most efficiently resolved my issue. Radiant is one of the more expensive options, but with that comes the peace of mind that it is insured, licensed work, it won’t have to be redone, it won’t be done wrong and cause damage, permitting happens faster, etc. plus you get what you pay for. Plumbing is one of those things worth doing right the first time.

Chris Luckett was extremely helpful in trouble shooting our drain issue. We have had a lot of plumbing problems in our home and he took a lot of time and was very thorough in his assessment. He gave us several reasonable options to eradicate our problem. We really appreciative his time and will use him again down the road!

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had an unknown leak on our property since 2 weeks but we were not able to locate it. We received email from the city that we are consuming excessive water - 12 gph. But because the water leak was not visible anywhere, the process got very complicated. Each plumber had their own methods, some were invasive (poking several holes in walls, ground) and some suggested to reach out to leak detection companies. Though one of the plumbing companies suspected the leak spot, their estimate came to be too high $5K+.In this context, Johnny Rooter Plumbing attended us with care and they were extremely helpful. Their plumbers Mike and Bobby were extremely jolly, helpful and knowledgeable. They located the correct spot (under our concrete driveway) and with minimal digging, they were able to fix it. On top of that, they refilled the hole in the driveway and patched it up with matching concrete. Moved the dirt back into the other holes to reduce our clean up after the fix. It was whole day process but glad that we were able to locate the leak once for all and stop the water loss.We would highly recommend them due to positive attitude towards work, great work ethics, no arrogance, very down to earth demeanor and most importantly reasonable price. When others were quoting us atrociously, these guys did it 1/5 of it!

We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing three times for different plumbing issues. Each time, we were able to schedule a plumber right away. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very good. Dylan took the time to explain what he had fixed for our insurance claim. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends.

My parents had a gas leak and Paul Schultz did an excellent job fixing the gas leak. Kept us informed with everything that was going on in reference to coordinating the final inspections with the City of Austin and Texas Gas Company. Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. We'd had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from It's hopeless, just live with it, to $6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe. Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?

I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier.
