Taylor was amazing! Genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever had come to my home for repairs. I was super frustrated with dispatch because they had me scheduled for an a.m. appointment but Taylor got stuck at a previous job that took way longer than it should have. He showed up on a Friday at 5:30 om and got straight to work (after apologizing for being late). Once he finished the job he walked me through all of the repairs and couldn't have been any nicer to me. I hope the owners of the company read this and reward this employee because he is the sole reason for this 5 star review. Will request him for all future work I need done. Thank you Taylor!

Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. We have used Pierre and his team for our water heater before and they never disappoint. If you are torn on who to call - don't be - call A&T Plumbing!

Dang, how did I get by without these guys? I'd be pretty skeptical of any plumber claiming to be better than them. It's just so amazing how responsive and effective Mr. Rooter has been. There couldn't be any other plumber in Austin quite like Mr. Rooter.

I had a gas water heater knocking and making noise. I had read online that depending on the situation, it might be something potentially dangerous, so I called 1st Home & Commercial Services. Ryan came out and took at look at what was going on. The good news is there's no danger right now, just sediment knocking around inside when the water is being heated. The bad news is that my water heaters are over 10 years old, so I need to start saving up to replace them. No repairs were needed to be done immediately, so I was only charge an inexpensive trip charge of $59, which was well worth the piece of mind. As a bonus, Ryan was very knowledgable and provided tons of information that should save me money in the future.

I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. The tech David was so professional and easy to work with. He was such a big help, knowledgeable and kind. Everything about this experience was awesome! Moore and More Plumbing will definitely be my plumbing company moving forward!

On a Saturday, both our toilets had leaked from the base all over our bathrooms. First 2 places said they'd get someone out Monday afternoon. Called Johnny Rooter, they said they'd be there in an hour, and they were. Cameron was friendly, took care of the clog, and explained our options for preventing future problems. We decided to buy 2 new toilets and Jason installed both of them. Charged by the hour for the install and didn't even take 2 full hours. Super nice folks answering the phones, too. They were great and even though we had to pay an extra fee for them to come out on a Saturday, it was absolutely worth it.

When I called, an actual person answered the phone! They were able to send someone to our house right away to diagnose and repair our leaking water heater. Dylan was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We will definitely use this company again when needed!

Redbud is the best! We had tried another company at first, and they did not fix the problem, but instead left us with a huge mess and big estimate to fix it. We gave Redbud a try and they returned our calls quickly, arrived at the house on time, identified the problem right away and efficiently fixed it with no mess or fuss.We will definitely use them from here on out!
