Best Emergency Service in Austin TX

I had one of my water heaters burst in the attic late night. The team at Rooter-Man was able to come the house the next day and replace the unit. They worked carefully- avoiding any unnecessary mess and worked until the job was done. I had a second unit also replaced the same day - given they were both the same vintage. Price wise, I would say average, but the dedication of the team to address the issue promptly and get my home up to code was a big plus. I would use them again for any other issues in the future.

I've been using Radiant for years. They installed my AC and furnace units 8 or 9 years ago and because of their amazing service, I've had them come maintain my units each year. All their staff is competent and professional.

Pierre and his team are great. The few times I have had plumbing issues, A&T have been my go to. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and honest.

Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend or trust. They did arrive on time but we received no calls that they were at our business. They left before we arrived and determined “nothing was wrong”. Within minutes of arrival our plumbing backed up into the bathroom. WARNING they refused to come back out to assess the situation and deemed it not an emergency! Highly recommend shopping around before using this company.

They were fast -- like same day fast. The plumber quickly determined the issues, discussed it in detail with me and got it fixed. Very happy with the service

A co-worker recommended Thunderbird plumbing so I called them up. It's been my best experience during my remodeling project. Jeff came by to see the work area and give me an estimate and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He came in a few days later, right at the time we had scheduled, and made quick work of the shower valve. Plus, he charged about a third of the price another plumbing company had quoted me. I'd recommend Thunderbird to anyone.

Got a new water heater installed the same day I called them. Sam and Josh did the whole job very quickly, with respect for house and health, and were nice guys on top of that. I’ve used Plumb Masters in the past and was very satisfied, and this visit was no different. Recommend!

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

I had a water leak in a property that I manage and called several plumbers and all told me it would take at least a week or 2 until they could schedule me in. Then my husbabd told me to call AAA Auger Plumbing and I explained the situation. They told me don't worry they will find a way to schudule me in for the next day. They showed up the next aspromised, fixed the issue and called me to review all that was done. They were professional, quick and reasonably priced.Bryan Higgins was the Tech that serviced our property. From now on AAA Augar Plumbing is my first call for all our plumbing needs.Thank you again......
