I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of attention paid to my particular situation. My serviceman went over and above to explain why I was experiencing backup issues. Pricing was fair and he performed a camera check for no additional charge to make sure lines were clear.

Alexis LaVallee arrived on time came in and assessed the situation put together a quote on what she would be doing and explained it all to me. She brought in the tools she needed, went to work and took care of the problem at hand. Everything was done very professionally. She was great to work with, great attitude great customer service cleaned up when she was done. We paid. I have been looking for a reliable plumber (for years) that can service a home that I have in N. Austin. I have had a hard time getting a plumber over to that house in the past. Daniel's plumbing was able to get to the house the next day (non-emergency service). The plumber was highly professional, and very helpful. They had to fix a small problem that was not addressed correctly by a previous plumber. The plumber, Frank, went above and beyond. I will definitely use their services again!

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. We reached out to Jeff to install a new hot water heater. The process was simple, we sent him a few photos of the job site, he sent a quote. On the day he was supposed to arrive he DID arrive and completed his work without interruption. The new hot water heater looks great !

These guys were great! I needed a plumber ASAP because the City of Austin turned off our gas because of a leak. I had called several plumbers and Plumb Masters was the only one who was willing to come out as soon as they could. They came out in about an hour from when I called. They fixed the pipe that was leaking the gas and the city came out and turned everything back on. Plumb Masters totally saved me. I was having our company Christmas party the next day and I had a lot of food to prepare. I'm very grateful for their fast response and Awesome work. We now have a new plumbing company to do all our future plumbing needs.

Called up on New Years Day for an emergency. Was told a technician would call be back. Never received a call, 3+ hours later Roto-rooter had someone at my house to clean up the mess & unblock, although the damage had already been done. Would not recommend Johnny Rooter to anyone who has an emergency.

Called on Friday. They offered a “free” quote for a new Hot Water heater on Saturday, then charged me $114 because it was a Saturday.

I feel very lucky to have found AAA Auger. Stephen showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain it to me, then expedited a fix. Alex did a great job too, very polite and very respectful of our house. They left it cleaner than before they got there. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I Short Term Rental my home due to everything being so expensive these past few years and reviews in that business is extremely important. My kitchen faucet had a catastrophic failure the very last moment as i was leaving. I called Westmoreland who understood my situation and dispatched a tech who immediately responded and arrived with the correct internal components to repair the faucet with-in 3 hours, all before my guests arrived.
