Radiant was extremely easy to contact and to schedule an appointment with. Our tech, Jalen, was very personable and knowledgeable and took care of our drain stoppage, providing education as he worked. We're very pleased with how easy it was to get our drain stoppage resolved.

We called A&T because we noticed rust in our hot water. They sent Chris to our house and he was very professional. Chris looked at the rusty connectors on our water heater and he offered solutions to both repair and replace the unit. We opted to replace the 12-year-old unit and Chris did a magnificent job. His installation is a work of art and I appreciate his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. We will use A&T again for our plumbing needs.10/12/21 update: the gas regulator on the new water heater is defective. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We called A&T and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and they had a plumber over the next day to fix it. Great service.

I'm not really one to write online reviews, but I was blown away by the excellence of these plumbers. If I could recommend only one plumber in Austin, it'd be Mr. Rooter.

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

AAA Auger has never let me down. They are great at taking appointments over the phone, the service guys are on time, and are always professional. Today Steven was a huge help. He trouble shot the issue twice and could not fix the problem. But through he's experience he concluded we needed a toilet replacement. Steven got us the Cadillac of toilets. We are saved and very happy with the work. Here's a summary for anyone that's fails at trying to DIY a leaky toilet. Yes, sometimes it works in your favor. On the other hand, when You've done everything right and it still leaks, and bills go up, and your septic overflows, and there's a smelly mess. Call a professional because it took someone with the know how to realize that your leaky toilet has a unseen hairline crack and it will always leak. Thank you Steven and thank you AAA Auger. Love the fact that no matter the problem, they are always ready and willing to help. Their A/C guys are very helpful and nice. I was having some problems and they were willing to stay after hours to help me out. I will defiantly be using them in the future and will be referring them to all of my friends!

Refuses to let you buy your own parts even if they are the exact ones he would use. Which to me sounds like a scam. Getting over on people must be how he makes a living

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. My wife and I went with Redbud Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to resolve a tree root problem with our sewer pipe. Redbud was prompt, courteous, mindful of COVID precautions and explained what they were doing perfectly. They had the right equipment to get the job done, and left my front yard in good shape. Dealt with Plumbers before and always had concerns on if an issue was actually resolved or just a short term fix. 18 months on from these guys and the toilets working better then ever.
