Best Emergency Plumbing Drain Cleaning in Austin TX
I noticed my water leaking from the manhole cover. I called Rooter-Man Plumbing as they had high marks on Nextdoor. Curtis came out to inspect and told me my PRV (I think that’s the name) valve was faulty. I was at work and therefore, had to rely on what he told me over the phone. Curtis did everything he could to keep the cost down, which is such a big blessing to me! He is an honest plumber, which is so rare these days. I appreciate Curtis and Rooter-Man Plumbing very much.

Team Radiant really impressed us with their level of customer service when we recently sourced them for a new AC system. We had to act fast because we didn't want to be stuck with a broken, outdated system in the midst of this pandemic. Our quick decision did not disappoint, and their guys were ready and available the following morning. Install time was about 8 hours. There was a very small section of drywall that needed touch up/ repair due to an unforeseen install issue, but Radiant has their own guys that can handle this and do a professional job. They were very clean and conscious to keep their PPE on at all times while entering our home.Proper Customer Service was true across their team...Service Techs - Darin Gibas & Cameron Parker (both were very knowledgeable)Install Techs – Arturo & Rene (super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient)Drywall Repair Tech – Josh Fiechtner (we were super impressed with Josh because he took the time to make sure the touch up work was perfect. After realizing we no longer had the same paint, he coordinated an exact color match with the paint shop and came back to finish the wall perfectly).

We had a massive clog in the waste water pipe going out of our building that was causing all our toilets and floor drains to back up. Daniel's was able to send someone out same-day when no other plumbing company could. Abdias gave us multiple options at different price points to try out and he was flexible and accommodating to change options when we were up against a deadline to make sure we were ready to open our business for service that day. We could not be more pleased! We've definitely found our new go-to plumber in Daniel's Plumbing!

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

They attempted to swindle my contractor out of $300 for a $4 part. Dishonest and very unprofessional. I would never use them again.

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

Had sewer backup into both bathrooms on a Sunday, which means emergency fees (willing to pay them, but still.) 1st Home offers 24/7 service, let me know up front about said emergency fees, SERVICES DEL VALLE, and was able to dispatch Daniel in a timely fashion. He guided me through self-checking the cleanouts before he arrived; once he was onsite he asked me more questions about the nature of the backup and the circumstances behind it, before getting to work. Once Daniel resolved the clog, he spent time answering my questions about both potential end-of-life issues for our pipes, and ways to keep things clear until further, more serious examination can be scheduled. He was thorough, professional, and very good at explaining the whys and wherefores of blockage and how a future camera exploration might pan out in an accessible manner. I'd recommend 1st Home & Commercial to others, and would call them again.

Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember. All work done at a very reasonable price with prompt, professional, and courteous customer service. Thanks, Dillon!

Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I Short Term Rental my home due to everything being so expensive these past few years and reviews in that business is extremely important. My kitchen faucet had a catastrophic failure the very last moment as i was leaving. I called Westmoreland who understood my situation and dispatched a tech who immediately responded and arrived with the correct internal components to repair the faucet with-in 3 hours, all before my guests arrived. I am very grateful for their exceptional service!

I’m super glad I discovered Al Mac plumbing. Me and my wife were smelling sewer gas in our house that we just purchased last month. The house we bought is an older house from the early 70s. The previous owner had it renovated before they sold it to us. Well I’ll cut to the chase now ?. We had Al and his apprentice Dessie show up and they offered to perform a smoke bomb test. At first I was like, did you just say Bomb?. Al said it’s not an actual bomb, it’s a smoke candle that he will light and put in my drain pipe. Well I said sounds pretty cool, I’m in. Well after Al did the smoke test, he discovered that I had an open piece of pipe behind my toilet in the master bathroom. Al had to pull my toilet and cut the sheetrock behind the toilet to find the pipe. Al capped the open pipe and haven’t smelled sewer gases since. Just thankful Al and Dessie could fix that in a timely manner.
