I had a slow leak coming from my main water line for I don’t know how long and it created a swamp along the side of my house. Radiant was able to come out very quickly and sent their amazing technicians to inspect and fix the problem. The technician Gary Grooms was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions repeatedly. Gary and team fixed my leak problem and did an amazing job. The quality of work is top notch and I will gladly refer anyone to Radiant and especially recommend Gary Grooms. Thank you again and job well done!

We called Daniel's Plumbing and A.C. to come out and look at our hot water heater and A.C. We got 2 for the price of one with no service charge to pay for just coming out. Balde who is was our AC genius found a gas leak and Allen the genius plumber, repaired the leak in not time at all.We appreciate their fast service and professionalism

I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. We had a burst pipe in our lawn due to a big tree root putting too much pressure. It was gushing around 4:30 when we discovers it on Saturday over a holiday weekend. We turned the water off to our house and started calling plumbers who advertised 24/7 plumbing. Well only 2 answered and Mr. Rooter was the only one that was able to come out same day! 10/10 for Michael who got there and didn’t leave until after 9pm making sure we had water (even though we said for him to come back in the morning). He wouldn’t leave until we had water and came back the next day to finish the job. The price was fair and there were no unexpected costs come up afterwards. we have 2 kids under 5 and truly appreciate the work he did and making sure we had water!

I had a clogged up toilet and Jonathan was able to fix the problem. I also had a leak on the toilet and he fixed that also. He did a wonderful job. If I have another problem I will definitely call y'all again. Thank you so much♥️♥️

Called 7 “24 hours emergency plumbers”. These were the only ones who answered the phone and dispatched service.
Allen, the service person, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate him a lot!!!

After our fifteen-year-old water heater decided to call it quits during a weekend (cold showers are decidedly no fun), we contacted 1st Home and Commercial Services early the following Monday. Drew got back to us promptly, and was able to come to our home the same day in order to disconnect and drain the existing unit. A team of two technicians arrived the next day with a new, 50-gallon Rheem unit, and were able to remove the old heater and install the new one in about two hours. We were very impressed with how quickly they did the job, as the water heater is located in the attic above our 2nd floor, and the old heater was heavier than expected due to years of calcification (our bad). This was our third time using 1st Home and Commercial Services (a shout out to Daniel for being able to install a j-trap assembly in our guest bathroom last year on short notice!). They've provided us with above-and-beyond customer service unfailingly, and we are happy to be able to add a five-star rating (with a blue ribbon!). Thanks so much.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

Not only did they clear the main line blockage for half what anyone else in town was charging, they came back out and cleared debris the city left after doing more repairs and didnt charge me a second time. They did it all quickly and worked with me on scheduling. Thank you!

When my wife and I received a larger than usual water bill, more than twice what we normally pay we knew we had a leak somewhere in our plumbing system. After doing the standard DIY checks and turning up nothing we knew we would need to call in a professional to identify and repair the leak. We had a terrible time using our Home Warranty Company and eventually turned to our own plumbers. We had a leak detection company come out and pinpoint the leak and then called Plumb-Quick.Plumb-Quick was very pleasant to work with from the moment someone answered the phone. I explained the issue that we were experiencing and Jason said that he had a crew in the area and would send them over in a few hours to take a look at the problem and give us an estimate. Chris the technician showed up several hours later and took a look at what we were dealing with. He took the time to explain the work that would need to be completed and exactly what it involved.Chris was also nice enough to give us options. The leak was in our main water line in the front yard and he explained that due to Austin's soil most of the labor charge was in digging up the pipe. He told us if we dug up the pipe that it would more than half the cost of the repairs. This honesty was refreshing from a contractor, and we agreed to dig the hole and call when it was complete.Later that day we gave Chris a call back and he scheduled us for repair the next day. He came out and performed the repairs paying attention to every detail and ensuring the quality of the work. Chris was marvelous to work with, he was very polite, and flexible with our schedule and did a great job repairing our plumbing. Any time I have a plumbing issue going forward Plumb-Quick will be the first team I call.

Brad came to our house and installed a new toilet, fixed a leaking valve, and hot water heater. We have used Brad's services for several years now and have always been pleased with his work! He even hauled off our old toilet for us! He is someone you can trust to get the job done. He is on time, friendly and courteous! I would highly recommend him!

My wife and I went with Redbud Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to resolve a tree root problem with our sewer pipe. Redbud was prompt, courteous, mindful of COVID precautions and explained what they were doing perfectly. They had the right equipment to get the job done, and left my front yard in good shape. Al is great -- he was originally contracted through my pool contractor to do some work in the backyard. I was talking to him as he was wrapping up that job and mentioned a few issues in the house; Al was able to take a quick peek, offer some solutions and provided a bid.Ever since switching to a tankless water heater, we noticed some of the faucets lost pressure and took way too long to circulate hot water. We spoke to other plumbers who mentioned that there wasn't anything that could be done and that the faucet was in an as is state.I had Al come back a few weeks later and was able to fix and upgrade some of the plumbing system, to both increase water pressure and also speed up how long it takes for water to reach some of the faucets.I'm really happy about the service and am thankful I've run into Al by chance. I strongly recommend reaching out to Al as his team is great -- you won't find any better in the area.
