The pilot light on my water heater went out and I was unable to re-light it. I was so thankful that Collen came to my rescue immediately. He was meticulous in diagnosing the problem and patiently explained each step. It turned out my water heater was affected by Rheem gas valve recall. Collen was able to obtain a replacement quickly and get things back up and running. This is my second time working with Rooter Man and I really appreciate their quickly availability and professionalism. It’s a huge relief to go from discovering a plumbing catastrophe to having it resolved within hours!

Jerry and Matt work so hard to install the whole system within 8 hours. I cannot thank these two guys enough for the phenomenal work that they did. The system is installed nicely, and professionally. I engaged Mr. Rooter to replace two toilets and flush the hot water heater they installed 3 years ago. They advised me then that it should be flushed out every year but those 3 years went by quickly. Obviously I've used Mr. Rooter before and will again. They arrive on schedule and are very respectful of my home. The plumber they sent this time was very efficient and was able to show me the deposits he flushed out of the water heater - so I won't be letting that go for another 3 years. Installing new toilets is a messy job - but when he left my home you would never have known he'd been there. Thanks for making it easy for me.
