The alarm on our grinder pump activated, so we knew we needed a plumber ASAP. I called the plumber we have used in the past, but they couldn’t fit us in for another 5 days. I have seen Radiant trucks in our neighborhood, so I called and was thrilled to hear that they would be able to come to our home that same day. Matt was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem and the costs. Once the problem was determined, he explained it to us, answered all of our questions and pointed out things to be aware of in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to friend!

Contacted Reliant for a second opinion for an outdoor pressure regulator that another company had recommended, as well as a leaky outdoor faucet. Jay and Ben came to the house and we’re on time, professional and honest. They ran a couple of pressure tests and said that I had optimal pressure and that I didn’t need it. Very refreshing to hear and honest answer. They also looked at my leaky faucet and repaired it in under 20 minutes. Super happy with their service and one of the reasons I keep calling Reliant for plumbing issues. Great work and thank you.

Pierre and his team are great. The few times I have had plumbing issues, A&T have been my go to. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and honest.

Very disappointed in their customer service. I had two days off from work to have repairs completed on my home. The first day Mr. Rooter was scheduled for repairs I received a call from them that morning stating that the plumber called in for the day. I rescheduled for my next day off. On the next scheduled day, I received a call from Mr. Rooter two hours prior to my appointment asking if they could reschedule. I informed them that this was the rescheduled appointment and that I would seek services from another company.

Jose and Jesus were my technicians today. They were respectful, courteous and professional. They knew their job and went right to work. I was impressed with both of them. I will use Roto Rooter in the future for all my plumbing needs and refer anyone that’s looking for quality work for reasonable prices.Kuddos!

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

They came 30 minutes late and then gave us 5 minutes to say yes or no to an absurdly high quote. Very disappointing!

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. I had a really great experience with Al Mac Pumbing & Gas. Alex is a knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and trustworthy. He has been apart of transforming our yard from day 1 and was integral in making our space exactly how we wanted it. We needed to trench our yard to extend our gas line and have a few stub outs for new water heaters and a grill. He does quality work and I would absolutely call him in the future.

We are new homeowners so when we started to have issues with our furnace we were terrified. Went with Dayton based on high review scores on Thumbtack. Tony, the technician that came out was SUPER helpful. Very professional, friendly, knowledgable, prompt, and attentive. Even Mary who answered the call and set me up for an appointment was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend Dayton and will definitely work with them in the future.
