Jason & Ryan were early & that was especially welcome on a Monday! They completed a repair on our shower very well & quickly leaving enough time to adjust a stuck sink stopper they didn’t know about before arriving. I’m always happy to refer S&D Plumbing because they always get the job done RIGHT. And everyone, starting with Mariah and the other ladies who answer the phone are always pleasant and appreciative of our business. They ask, and they do, make me smile

First of all I dont know who gave him the liscense,or did he buy one from flea market,most horrible experience,incompetent people working,answering service are the rudest people working for this company,there charges are outrageous,and work ability they absolutely DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING they send incompetent people and do guess work and kill time and then charge for the time,DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE their liscense should be revoked they are bunch of LEGAL BANDITS.

Water heater went out and Radiant was extremely responsive. Costs were as expected and the plumber was excellent. Very satisfied.

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I Short Term Rental my home due to everything being so expensive these past few years and reviews in that business is extremely important. My kitchen faucet had a catastrophic failure the very last moment as i was leaving. I called Westmoreland who understood my situation and dispatched a tech who immediately responded and arrived with the correct internal components to repair the faucet with-in 3 hours, all before my guests arrived. I am very grateful for their exceptional service!

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.
