I had the opportunity to use Radiant today to review my HVAC unit. Zach Vasquez was the tech who performed an excellent job on the unit. I have tried other services in Austin but not up to my expectations. All the details were explained before the work was done and following the appointment Zach shared his photos of the unit and what numbers were in range or not. These photos are kept on my account for further help in the future. I will certainly give Radiant my business in the future !

Update 2023: Ronnie and Patty came out late in the evening to fix a pump that had died. They are both professional, friendly, knowledgeable and communicate very well. My experience with Fast Plumbing was unforgettable and unforegiveable. First there was an $85.00 trip charge, the job was suppose to be done that same day but the techs were just coming back from lunch and one was sick his chinese lunch was not sitting well with him. Plus he said it was a bigger job than what he was told and of course more money. One of my husband's Cowboy Jersey went missing a Witten one, but before I called Fast Plumbing, I asked my kids if they had gone to the house and maybe took it, but none of my kids are Cowboy fans and no one had been by. They were the only ones that had been there other than myself. So I was told in a round about way that I was lying that none of their employees would do that. So, I am very upset because my husband passed away last year and that jersey and the other two hanging behind it were to go in a curio cabinet for him.

I had am employee, Kevin, come out because of a slow flow faucet in my bathroom. He took it apart and put it back together (not fixed) and charged me $208.04, said I needed my faucet replaced. Meanwhile, he broke the wire sliding storage drawer underneath the cabinet. When I walked into the bathroom, he was picking up these tiny, tiny little silver balls off of the bathroom floor. When I asked him what he was doing, he said the balls were from trying to remove the sliding storage drawer. He attempted to put it back, but now it doesn't slide. I stopped payment on the check and am waiting for the company to call me so I can explain what happened.

They came 30 minutes late and then gave us 5 minutes to say yes or no to an absurdly high quote. Very disappointing!

My air conditioner went out and they came out the same day and fixed it. Zach and Blake provided excellent customer service.

Al is great -- he was originally contracted through my pool contractor to do some work in the backyard. I was talking to him as he was wrapping up that job and mentioned a few issues in the house; Al was able to take a quick peek, offer some solutions and provided a bid.Ever since switching to a tankless water heater, we noticed some of the faucets lost pressure and took way too long to circulate hot water. We spoke to other plumbers who mentioned that there wasn't anything that could be done and that the faucet was in an as is state.I had Al come back a few weeks later and was able to fix and upgrade some of the plumbing system, to both increase water pressure and also speed up how long it takes for water to reach some of the faucets.I'm really happy about the service and am thankful I've run into Al by chance. I strongly recommend reaching out to Al as his team is great -- you won't find any better in the area.
