Best Bathtub Drain in Austin TX

I noticed my water leaking from the manhole cover. I called Rooter-Man Plumbing as they had high marks on Nextdoor. Curtis came out to inspect and told me my PRV (I think that’s the name) valve was faulty. I was at work and therefore, had to rely on what he told me over the phone. Curtis did everything he could to keep the cost down, which is such a big blessing to me! He is an honest plumber, which is so rare these days. I appreciate Curtis and Rooter-Man Plumbing very much.

PLEASE CALL ME. Guys worked on water/drain lines/valves behind my washer earlier today. They said they tested it but now water is pouring out. I've left 3 voicemails on your office phone. Guys did not call or text prior to their arrival so I can't contact them. I also sent email.

Robert was the technician who fixed my leak. He tried to fix the leak so that I would not have to incur a greater charge than was necessary. When that did not work, he recommended the who faucet fixture be replaced. Which I ok'd, Robert was very personable, friendly, and I took him to be honest. He took care my issue and I would recommend him and his company ABACUS to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Oh, and Robert was a very patient person...I like that...not rushing to get through the job but assuring the work was done right!

We called G&M out to help our elderly neighbor across the street (we've previously used them for our home) to help her find where this massive water leak had come from. I highly recommend Davis Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber. Raymond and his assistant fixed a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom in a timely manner. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. I've dealt with many dishonest plumbers. I can assure that Davis Plumbing would be our plumbing company if we weren't moving out of town. Customer service via the main number was great. Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
