Best Backflow Installation in Austin TX
Hired to install a PRV. They listened to my concerns and recommendations and adjusted appropriately. Did the work with good quality pipes and in a timely matter. Will use them again for my in-laws

Benjamin is my neighbor and he's been saving the day for everyone in the complex this week as temperatures dropped below freezing. We had a pipe burst and they were able to fix it the next day. Super helpful!

I had another plumber tell us we had roots in our line and gave a quote to repair that would range $3500-18,000 and said it was urgent. We were not having any issues; they were out for something unrelated and ran a camera in our lines.Called Roto Rooter for second opinion. They suggested to call City of Rock first as they may take care of it if it was close enough to the easementThe City was out the next day and are fixing it!Roto Rooter saved us $1000s by being honest & trustworthy!! Much appreciated

DO NOT USE THEM!!! The biggest waste of money ever... spent $218 for them to open my wall up to view garden tub drain line. They should have tested other options first before opening up the wall. The owner called me and argued with me, didn't listen and only focused on proving his point. Don't trust their technician experience and their rates which were more than more reputable companies with higher ratings ($375 for 75' camera scope while others use 150' camera scope at $250).

I could not be more satisfied with the work provided by the two plumbers who came to install my water heater. Mr. Oliver Hinds and Mr. Kailum Castles arrived on time, with the proper equipment, worked hard the entire day, and did so with a good attitude. This was not a typical water heater installation because it was above a stacked washer and dryer, and hard to get at. Not once did I hear the groaning, and complaining which often times accompanies a difficult task. In addition, both of them had a good sense of humor and good people skills. Plumb Masters is fortunate to have people such as them on their staff.

First Plumbing sent out a tech to give me a bid to extend gas to an electric stove that I was going to convert to a gas stove. I showed him where all the gas lines were coming into the house. He refused to go up onto the attic to look at anything and said he could re-route it from my patio area and then said he'd get back with me with a bid within two days. OK... four days passed so I called and they said oh it would be $1750. When I told the guy the first guy wouldn't look in the attic and that I wanted my service fee of $45 back he said he would come out and look at it. GUESS WHO NEVER SHOWED? In the mean time I had someone else come out who found it IN THE ATTIC where it was plumbed right above where my new gas stove will be. This new company only charged me $475. WOW...what a difference! Like making $1275! Still out my $45 from the dumbo who came out first. GRRRRRRRR on principal. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY.

Asked this company to come fix our toilet and drain ended up being a huge waste of money. Two younger guys came out and said that due to the cast iron plumbing, they would have to charge me $1200 each to fix the toilet, shower and 2 sink. This would total to almost $5000. They also charged me $185 just to come out to look at it and never even sent me the quote afterwards to do the work. Basically just a blatant money grab on their end.AWS came out the next week and fixed the kitchen sink for $300 total, and are in the process of fixing the toilet. So I basically paid Good Flow Plumbing $185 to give me a false diagnostic with no intentions of actually completing the work.

My tile was raising on a slab foundation. To rule out the plumbing, I wanted a static test on the fresh lines and drain line. I set an appointment and explained that this was a rental and that keeping the interruptions for the renter to a minimum was paramount. Fast forward two days later - the plumber shows, claims to not know that the job was for a pressure test, and doesn't have all of the tools or the help necessary to complete. Somehow, he does a fresh water pressure test and finds that the leak meter is spinning quickly. Bingo - we have a known problem, I schedule another appointment one week later (that is when the plumber had availability).Today, the same plumber comes back prepared to reroute the freshwater. However, today the leak meter isn't spinning. After pressuring both the fresh and drain lines, no leaks are found. My complaints are 1) this company has bad communication. The plumber showed up not knowing the job and not having the right equipment. Furthermore, most of the confirmation of scheduling/rescheduling was me reaching out to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain vs. them calling me. 2) it was expensive. I was charged nearly the same amount each time...I cannot help but think having two trips and repeating part of the same process each time lead to extra hours.

Price was higher than what other plumbers in the area have charged us. They also tried to upsell on a new garbage disposal but couldn’t really provide a reason why. I haven’t used them since.

Very impressed by LT Plumbing. They came out the same day and fixed my water main break. Also the cost was 75% less than a local competitor. Milad was very sweet and accommodating!

Once again, Plumber Near Me did not disappoint. This is the third time I've used them and just like before, they were super responsive and completed the work quickly and professionally. I had a pond forming in my back yard due to a broken water pipe coming off my well. One call to Plumber Near Me and an hour later they were onsite digging it up and repairing it. Seriously, top notch professionals with superior customer service.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
