Aloha Plumbing is the best around! Professional, Knowledgeable and Reliable! We had a tank water heater leak in the attic that caused extensive damage and it had to be replaced. Having a water heater in the attic is not ideal and it is very frustrating that homes are built that way in Texas. Jarred gave us the perfect solution! He and his team showed us how we were able to put the whole house on one tankless water heater in the garage! Brendan and Albert did a very professional installation in our home! We have had the unit about a week now and we honestly think the hot water in all of the house is better and faster to the faucet than the TWO old tank heaters we had. PERFECT! We highly recommend Aloha Plumbing for ANY plumbing need!

Old hot water heater was leaking and we were out of hot water. Aloha was recommended to us by our neighbor and we now will recommend them same as our neighbor. They were prompt and and on time to get us hot water again. Professional may be an understatement for the work that was done. I have been a pretty good handyman all my life, but at 83 I was not going up in the attic of a 2 story house to wrestle a hot water heater and they did a better job than I could have expected.

They had excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, no high pressure sales tactics, quick response time, high quality installation work with great attention to detail, left work area clean and tidy! Very pleased with the work I recently had done by Aloha Plumbing. They were easy to contact & showed up at the expected time. They were respectful of my property & did a good job on the faucet installation and replacement of a cartridge in a Moen faucet.

Team is always responsive. Also, for a very reasonable fee, will help provide advice on various projects to help a do-it-yourselfer proceed confidently when needed. Where they have done work, they always leave a clean jobsite and the work is top notch, much better than some of the professional work they are often replacing or repairing. Excellent customer service to include remembering work done on a prior visits. Always great seeing the team at Aloha!

Long story short, woke up to go to work on a Friday and the water heater wasn't working. Got to work and put in for a work order which unfortunately wasn't going to happen until Monday morning. Bummer.Then, I get a text at 7:30 that night saying a technician would able to stop by to check it out on his way home. At 9:30 the tech arrives and does something or other and the unit is now working. He ordered a part that he is going to install as soon as it arrives to hopefully prevent this from happening again.Super cool people, very friendly and easy to work with, and obviously care about their customers as evidenced by their willingness to go out of their way to take care of my situation.I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I had contacted Aloha plumbing a few years ago about a tankless system to replace both of my water heaters. At the time, I was able to repair the failed water heaters myself and kept them running. Last week, one of them failed again, and they were both 18 years old, so it was time to replace before something more serious happened. I called Aloha, and the owner remembered me and the details of my water system setup from the convo 3 years prior. They were onsite the next day and had converted the two tank system to one tankless in just an afternoon. They returned the following morning for cleanup, final touches, and orientation on the system. I cannot say enough about their responsiveness, attention to detail, and honest approach to pricing and options. Highly recommend.

Had an emergency with bathtub faucet not shutting off. Called two other plumbers, one 3 days put, another one Dat. Aloha was here in 2 1/2 hours. Fixed n 30 minutes and he cleaned up everything. Highly recommend Aloha. Jarrod the owner came out.

Excellent service at a fair price. From initial phone call to job finished Jerred and his staff were total professionals. I had a new water softener installed. Aloha was on time and walked me step by step through the whole process while answering any and all questions. Fantastic warranty included! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family/friends and they will be my first call if other help is needed in the future.

Quick to respond to text, quick to respond to calls, and must be good enough at their jobs to predict exactly how long anything takes, because they said I'd be the second job of the day and they nailed that time, too. This is the 3rd plumbing repair in 3 yrs with Aloha for a rental home I own in Round Rock. They have always promptly shown up & completed the work at a fair price. Not the cheapest, but not out of line and I just as promptly paid the invoice due on completion of work.This time tenant called with a leak in the hot water heater area & shut off water until Aloha could take a look. Leak in the flex line was the issue. Hot water heater was 16 yrs old & still working, but I decided to replace it since it would cost $395 for the flex line alone & would be wasted if the water heater failed & required replacement in a few months. It was past due for failure & out of current code.We agreed on a price of $2150 to replace the heater & associated flex lines, & bring up to current code,etc, which would be completed tomorrow morning. Brendon, the plumber on site indicated he would replace the flex line tonight & turn the water on for the tenant, then complete in the AM.An hour later I get a call from Brendan that I absolutely had to pay the $395 cost for the flex line, which I refused as it was part of replacing the hot water heat & the job was not complete. I was driving & said send me an invoice & I would pay it in the morning when all the work was complete.Jerrod the principal called a couple hours later & his position was he had people change their mind overnight & have someone else do the work for less, then stiff him. I indicated I had already agreed to the replacement & it was not like I was an unknown customer. Replacing the flex line was part of the total heater replacement job & work would not be complete until tomorrow-at which point I would pay the total bill as agreed.I have owned multiple properties in the Austin & RR area since1981. When I find a good contractor I stay with them unless the quality of service declines. I can happily say that SOS Mechanical has put 2-3 HVAC systems in every home over 40 yrs & will continue to get my future business. After this disappointing experience with Aloha, I am looking for a different Round Rock plumber. At the minimum, I am going to shop around. I don't want low bid, but I do insist on quality in work & in business dealings.

It was a cold week and my 2 water heaters (WH) went out (no hot water). I went to yelp and called few plumbing companies with 4 stars and above. All of them told me that I had to replace the water heaters, which were in the attic. My wife had been wanting to get tankless water heater due to horror story of water heater tank leaking from one of our neighbors. I went to yelp and found Aloha Plumbing, which is local to Round Rock & Pflugerville area. After reviewing the comments on yelp, I also found their Facebook page. Jerred, the owner, posted some of past tankless water heaters installation. From those posted videos, I googled the product they use (Navien) and observed how many time they had done the installation. I wanted to make sure I got the company with good experience installing tankless water heater. I called them and Brendan showed up few hours later. He looked at my old WHs and gave me 2 options: replacing the old WHs or switching to tankless. I decided to go with tankless. The work started early next day (+/- 8 AM). Brendan showed up on time and started the work. He got the installation done by 3 PM and I got my hot water back. Overall, I am very pleased doing business with Aloha plumbing. Jerred was very responsive and Brendon was just phenomenal. Great customer service, no gimmicks, everything was explained up front. I particularly love the system they use for sending quotes for customer to review the job cost breakdown, job confirmation, etc. Everything was transparent. They WILL have my business for next plumbing job. Keep it up guys!

Aloha installed my tankless water heater a few years ago and they've been out to service a few times since then. Always on time and take care of what they are supposed to. I've had no issues switching to tankless and it was one of the best decisions I've made.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Brendan Myers was absolutely amazing. Direct, to the point, knew what the issue was and recommended the cheapest way to fix it. He could have charged me 600+, instead he told me how I could save some money with a little work on my part, and ended up spending 225. Where ever Brendan goes, that will be my plumber. A+ Experience, if you call anyone else, you are doing yourself a dis-service.

I called Aloha today and told the person answering the phone the issue I was having with the toilet. He told me that it was an easy fix and then spent the next few minutes walking me through what I needed to do to fix the issue. I followed his instructions and the toilet is fixed. I very much appreciated that he didn't just send someone out to deal with what really was a relatively easy solution. I'm sure most plumbing companies would've looked at my issue as easy money. Treating people that way encourages referrals down the road. And that's exactly what Aloha will get from me.

I had a plumbing issue once and when I called for service, they were able to walk me through the problem and fix it over the phone without charge. At that point I knew they would be my plumbers moving forward.Fast forward to a year later, my gas water heater finally gave out so I gave these guys a call. They installed a top of the line tankless water heater and hot showers have been glorious since. They were true craftsman with the install too with clean lines to and from the unit. The work was great! Plumber knew what he was doing and very helpful. Only issue is that Aloha charged me $600 to replace a $40 part in 1.5 hours. Next time we will get your hourly rate when we hear about the $80 trip charge.

They had quick availability to repair a shower valve. The team arrived on time with a 30-minute notice. They looked over water heater and shower valves and were able to complete repairs the same day. They were knowledgeable and even told us where repairs were not needed. The workspace was cleaned up afterwards and overall, the experience was excellent.

Were able to come out quickly, they communicated great via text, they showed up on time, did the work quickly, we’re polite and very approachable, and professional. Will definitely use them again.

I was having problems with the tankless water heater they installed. I was getting hot water sporadically. Jerred came out and spent an hour trying to find the problem but every time he turned on a faucet he got hot water. Then just as he was about to call it a day he noticed that the flow regular wasn’t reading the flow correctly. Eureka! I wasn’t crazy. It’s like the rattle in your car that bugs you but it doesn’t rattle when you take it in to the mechanic. We had a good laugh and he replaced the flow regulator. When it was done and the hot water was restored, he refused payment for anything. He said I paid him to install a water heater and the job wasn’t done until he fixed the problem. Jerred and Brenden have been such a God send. They are quick to respond and always are cheerful and professional. That’s why I wouldn’t consider calling anyone but Aloha for my plumbing needs.

Aloha plumbing is amazing!! We've now used them twice and both times I've been very pleased! The whole team is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to fix our pipes the same day and did it quickly as well. We will for sure use them again for our plumbing needs!!

Our water softener failed over a weekend (we had resin beads throughout our plumbing in the house) and when Jarred called on a weekend he allayed my fears and got us up and running by confirming we bypassed the softener correctly. Brendan came out Monday and checked everything out to make sure we did no harm to the new tankless water heater they installed previously.Jarred and Brendan are super responsive and very professional. Called Aloha Plumbing on a Monday morning inquiring about a tankless water heater. They sent Brendan Myers out that afternoon who did an evaluation and gave us an estimate. They scheduled the installation for the following morning. The installation was completed the following morning in approx. 3 hours! I highly recommend Aloha Plumbing for your plumbing related needs.

We had an excellent experience with Aloha Plumbing. From the beginning they were very prompt and tentative to our emergency needs as we had a pipe burst and required assistance asap. + Backflow testing. A crew was sent out within the hour I called. The busted pipe was actually my neighbors pipe but I still needed backflow testing ceritification from the City Utilities. They were able to perform both tasks with the hour they arrived. I'm super impressed with the crew, quality of work, and efficiency that the work was done. I will use them again!

Brendan came out to install a tankless heater in our home after the conventional hot water heater gave out in the attic above our kitchen. They were actually to replace both of our tanks with one tankless system. The service provided was above reproach. Aloha plumbing installed a water softener for us. Jerred, the owner, was the first person I spoke with. He is friendly and professional. He answered all my questions, gave a fair price and scheduled me with ease all over the phone! This part I loved because he was straight to the point and I didn't have to chase him down to get what I needed - I've called several companies and the experience wasn't quite like this! The day of the install, Brendan arrived on time. He is very nice and personable! He took the time to explain how everything worked before (I don't know much about water softeners) and after. Another plumber in the past told us there was no way to fix it and it was something wrong with the way our building was built. I debated between 1 star or 3. I picked 3 as they didnt do anything wrong, but the estimate for the services asked for were just crazy. $2000 to install a faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The dishwasher install alone was almost $800! We used another local established named Plumbing service and they did it for 1/4 of that cost. How could one ever recommend Aloha at those prices?

Even though they were very busy, they realized we were in trouble and came out as soon as they could. They explained all the options clearly. Very happy with their response and work.

Aloha to the rescue once again!! Per my last post, we had an issue with our hot water feeling luke warm. Aloha came out and reset the tankless unit to see if that would resolve the issue. They did state they feel one or all of my values may need to be replaced, but said let's wait and see. Sadly the issue came back but Aloha came out and fixed the issue. It was indeed a valve!! Once again they had a chance to replace all of my valves, but were honest and said it appears to be only one. Most of us do not have skills in this area which sets us up to be taken advantage of. To reiterate, Aloha Plumbing is an honest company. They are 100% transparent without any hidden costs or pushes to get more than you need done. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this business!!

My old toilet developed a leak from the bowl. This crew is fast, friendly, and clean! Explained what they were doing and why, then made certain to take the old toilet and all the packaging from the new toilet with them for disposal.

$220 to do a surface inspection and still not sure where the leak is......will need to call another plumber

Brendan from Aloha has been to my house twice now and done an extraordinary job both times. He has explained every step of the process, and also gave me recommendations on how to save myself money. Aloha itself was superb with texting for scheduling and even managed to push one of my appointments up due to a cancellation. I also feel I paid a very fair price in both instances, and will make Aloha my only plumbing service I use from here on out.

Jered was informative without the need to aggressively sell services and add ons. I appreciate the quick turn around and flexibility i scheduling. The install team were prepped and on time, professional but fun to deal with. They even moved my appointment up sooner after another cancellation. They use Navien tankless systems which are recommended by several other companies. The water works like a charm. Ill keep this updated as things progess but no news is good news. 5 stars for Aloha.

My water heater Honeywell Gas Control Valve went out. I called four plumbing companies, and Jerred was the only helpful one in a crunch time scenario. I sent him some photos of my situation, and he quickly told me what the problem most likely was. I was able to get the parts overnighted from the OEM and scheduled for service the next day. Brendan came out and was awesome. He answered all of my questions and even gave me some great ideas for some other areas. A very well run business. I will credit the other google reviews for the reason that I decided to call in. Aloha Plumbing is legit.

We used Aloha Plumbing to unclog our kitchen sink which we have been very careful with (no grease, no food, etc.) but over time does get some blockage. Aloha Plumbing responded very quickly and had someone out the same day, and was a pleasure to work with. We had a fairly complicated issue that was much deeper down the line, and they didn't leave until we 100% confirmed it was fully unclogged. With my water softener in bypass mode, the softener started leaking from the bypass valve. I called Aloha on a recommendation, I was able to get a same day appointment which was great since i had to shut the water off at my home due to the leak. Brendan did a great job, only took a few minutes to replace the worn part. From the initial call to the actual repair, everything about Aloha Plumbing was absolutely great!

After getting the run around and an outrageous quote from a large commercial company I decided to call Aloha Plumbing. They came highly recommended by my neighbors. I explained the situation and they were extremely helpful and polite so I set up an appointment. I immediately received a confirmation text along with a picture of who was coming out. I really appreciated that.The next day I received a text saying Brendan was on his way. He was even earlier than expected, which was great! I called Aloha yesterday after 4:00 and received a confirmation that they would come the next day between 10 and 2. Next day Brendan sent me a notice around 9:45 that he was on the way and 15 minutes later he arrived, cleared my kitchen sink drain and was finished with everything in 30 minutes. I paid the bill and received a receipt via email before Brendan departed. Brendan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Aloha and would use them again.

Brendan came in and hooked up our renovated kitchen in less than 2 hours. Gave us advice on a poorly-installed water heater (not by them). Even gave us a free water sensor for it in case it breaks and floods. Extremely polite and in-line with other prices (I called around). They came in like 30 minutes after I called them. My disposal didn't fit and they had one that would work on hand. Professional and fantastic all the way through. Also impressive grip strength in the handshake. Yeah it's weird to mention that in a review about plumbing, but it really was out of the ordinary.

We had Aloha come out for a second opinion on a plumbing issue that another company couple not get fixed- Brendan was here 5 minutes and we had hot water again!!! He checked everything and upstairs and downstairs and diagnosed the issue. We have been without hot water for 3 days and we need to have a water heater replaced. He got the hot water restored until they can get out to replace the water heater. He was awesome about educating me on how the system works, etc. I will definitely use this company going forward. By the way, if you have American Hone Shield, you might consider cancelling because this job Aloha just did for me was a correction to a plumbing job that American Home Shield did earlier but all they did was a patch-up job.

Jerred and Brendan were very professional and thorough. They did an excellent job installing our tankless water heater. They took great care to keep my carpet clean while completing the job.On a separate job, they replaced the valve in my shower and replaced the pressure reduction valve (located underground in the front yard) with a higher quality all-brass valve, which returned the water pressure to where it should be.I highly recommend Aloha Plumbing.

Our plumber Brendan Myers was very respectful of our home throughout the whole process. First off he inspected our plumbing (which is natural), he placed his own mat down to keep everything dry, then he did his thing. The whole time he made sure not to make a mess and constantly checked for leaks and such. He was very kind with my husband and myself and just chatted very naturally. Called them to check on why a drain was draining slow.. they charged 295.00 to clear it, then said I needed to call another plumbing company to scope the lines to check for breaks or tree roots.. had I known they didn’t do that I would have called a different company to start with. I am very glad I used Aloha Plumbing for the installation of our new water heater. Unlike the two other companies I inquired with, Jerred provided a straightforward estimate over the phone. Although his estimate was (significantly) lower than the other two companies, the real reasons I chose Aloha were that I knew I would be working directly with a master plumber and I got the feeling I would be receiving excellent customer service. Jerred told me where I could buy a descaling kit for maintenance of the water heater and Brendan (who did the installation) patiently walked me through how to use it. They even took video of the descaling process to post on their youtube channel so other customers with the same model of water heater could refer to it in the future. I ended up installing a new water softener as well which was an equally straightforward process. I feel confident that I now have expertly-installed equipment as well as a responsive and professional company to address any questions or issues I might have in the future.

I've used Aloha plumbing twice now, once to repair a leaking toilet and once to replace a broken water heater. Their work is high quality, and they have been early or on time for me in both cases. They'll tell you themselves that they aren't the cheapest plumbers around, but they do the job right and don't cut any corners. I also like that they gave me multiple options in both cases and let me pick the solution rather than trying to force the most expensive option on me.

Very impressed with this company. I had a stopped up toilet that no amount of plunging or snaking seemed to fix. I called them out to help, he tries a flush to see what's happening, and it's suddenly working perfectly. He did continue to check out the toilet to make sure everything was working fully and noticed that the flapper was dropping too soon and suggested a fix. I fully expected to have to pay for the service call, but he didn't charge me a dime. They definitely earned my business next time I have a real issue.

So... plumbers are weird, right? I mean, you can't look on Youtube on how to fix a broken TP valve. Well... you could, and you could also suffer an explosion, and make you regret your need to be DYI guy. Jarred at Aloha is the epitome of professional, and taught me more in 5 minutes, than I could learn from 20 x 1 hour videos on Youtube.Here's how it started: My lovely wife turned up the heat on our 14 year old water heater. Then we had a slow leak of hot water on the pipe outside the house. Now, maybe it was my lovely wife, or maybe it was the calcium build up. Either way, I had to call a plumber.I randomly selected a google search of plumbers near me. Up popped Aloha. All good ratings, so I figured I would give it a shot. I spoke with Jarred on the phone for a few minutes and felt comfortable moving forward with him to come out and do some diagnosis.He let me know by text he was on his way, and was here in about 8-10 minutes from the text. He arrived and quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem, and gave me the 5 minute run down (I'm SOOOO glad he gave me the 5 minute, not the 28-36 minute one). We came to the realization that it was a quick cheaper fix or a more expensive long term one. He was gracious and understanding of my cheap alternative to get me a few more months, and then will go with the longer term option. He also took a look in my yard and saw I needed a cover for my sewage cover. Guess what? He went to his vehicle and retrieved a cover (probably cost him $5-$10 at least) and slapped a cover on.Jarred: Professional, courteous, took my wife's side (which I liked), taught me a few things about plumbing, all without ANY buttcrack (which my wife was disappointed about).I will DEFINITELY hire him when another plumbing need pops up.

First the technician came on a day he wasn't scheduled. Then I'm told it will cost $359 to replace a $15 cartridge. I went to Home Depot (5 mins away) and purchased the cartridge for $15, The puller for $13 and changed out the cartridge myself in 10 mins. I'm a business owner myself and have a very good understanding of parts mark-up and overhead and I don't care what licenses you need to have, I cannot see justifying $300+ for overhead. I definitely don't recommend this company. Bottom line, Charge a fair price for the job you're doing. Period!

Jerred gave me the best price quote on replacing two 50gal water heaters (in the attic of a 2 story). Once we had gone over the particulars of the water heater swap & code updates - he asked if I would be interested in going to a tankless system?He took his time to educate me on recent improvements in tankless technology and his quote was much more cost effective than I anticipated (based upon the other quotes from the usual competition - ABC, ARS, etc). So we made the transistion to tankless and everything went smoothly. We are very pleased with the performance of the tankless system.I had done my research and although I was real happy with his price - what really matters is that Im equally as happy with the service, professionalism, attention to detail and cleanup. Jerred came through in every aspect and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I consider myself fortunate that a friend recommended him to me and that I listened to them! My bathtub faucet wouldn't shut off after turning it on and I had no knowledge of plumbing, so I tried to search some youtube videos to figure out the problem, but I felt that I was in over my head. So I called this number after finding it highly recommended in my community facebook group. He only asked me two questions and knew everything there was to know about the type of faucet I had, what my problem was, and how to fix it. Since he knew it was a simple fix, he just directed me to his youtube channel, which showed how to do it very easily and he also directed me to a reliable hardware store, that was not only helpful, but competent. The only thing I paid for was the parts when he could have charged me 2-3 times more than what I got away with. So basically I got 5 star service from beginning to end free of charge. Great experience. They showed up a couple hours after I called. The guy was very friendly and fixed my problem in half an hour. He even showed me what equipment I would need if it happened again so I could fix it myself.

The installed a water softener for me. They took the time to walk me through operation, and parts of the system as well as some cautionary suggestions for operation. They also asked multiple times if I had any questions. Super professional and personable. I would absolutely do buisness with them again, and recommend them to others.04/25 repeat buisness. They helped me with a toilet that wasn't behaving correctly and walked me through the options I had. Due to the builder's choices I wasn't left in a great position, but these gentlemen helped me find my way to the best possible solution. As always very informative. I know who to call the next time I have an issue.
