Very happy with the service. Had our whole house backing up last night. We tried fixing it ourselves but no luck. Scheduled a morning appointment through their website and they actually showed up on time. He walked us through the service, what is included and was transparent about the pricing. Fixed the problem and have us a 6 month warranty. We will see if we need to use the warranty but the service and response time were on point. Also, I recommend checking their website for coupons. We got $60 off.

You won't find a more competent, experienced, and honest plumber in Jacksonville than Jerry Ward the owner of Everybody's Plumbing. We had a difficult plumbing job in our bathroom that Jerry tackled saving us a lot of money by working it so we didn't need to open a wall or remove tile. He also quickly installed a water shut-off valve in our garage. He is someone you can trust, a master licensed plumber. He will also give you the absolutely fairest price. We now know who to call for any plumbing or bathroom remodeling job and highly recommend Jerry Ward of Everybody's Plumbing.

I’ve had Eric and Mike at my house for two separate issues. They’ve been nothing but professional. My second issue was a leaking drain pipe that was very difficult to access. They took care of it same day and when they left the place was clean!

Keith is very knowledgeable and was able to determine the procedure at hand via chatting on the phone and pictures sent by phone. Oakley Plumbing came out and helped us with the toilet installation and sprinkler / pipe repair; were very careful and diligent in their work; job well done. We were disappointed to have a veteran showing up to do the work on Veterans Days, however.

Ed from the service team came to site and did everything in his power to help me resolve the issue without having to replace the toilet. We ended up replacing it, but was very helpful, communicative and clean. Highly recommended!!!

i will never hire them any more , very expensive for the part and they take there sweet to charge for the extra time .

Bahman Recommended,After 25 years of being a real estate in the historic riverside Avondale area, and after dealing with many plumbing I am doing an update review on Terry Vereen services.My experience was not the best about 10 years ago but I have recently used them again and I have been surprisingly happy with the office manager and specially the the Service man “ Hunter “ that came over. The job was excellent, they were extremely courteous and the price compared to others was just right. For the time being I’m highly recommending them and I will be using them myself and recommending them to my clients as well. I will however do another update sooner than later this time!Companies and management can change so can their services over time, an update is definitely a must!
